Was disappointing this time. Don't know if it was on of night for our server but wr felt like we were wasting her time all night. It's the little things that matter. Was painful to get one drink refill let alone a second and not for the same person. Food was pretty good so that's why the 3 stars
Came in and ate and Luke always was on point, that server Michael was pretty cool he also makes pretty good music
Went to Montana’s for my Anniversary I’ve always loved Montana’s but was disappointed ,I ordered Cajun onions which were stone cold and was told o that’s the way they serve them , well I don’t want cold onions , and the onion rings were disgusting over cooked dried up with no onion in some of them , I was disappointed the last time I was there but because I like Montana’s I gave it another try but not again .
As always it was great! The service was good and the food great! It was an all you can eat rib day and I do love my ribs!?My daughter had a loaded burger and loved it!It may seem a little pricy but you definitely get what you paid for. You do not walk away feeling hungry or wanting more!?
I have loved and thoroughly enjoyed the family atmosphere of Montana's for years with my kids. However, today I made a rushed, last minute phone call to request a very special greeting and celebration for my friend's birthday as I couldn't be there in person and they went over and above!! I am so very grateful for their cooperation and enthusiasm.Just one of the reasons I love this place!
We had decent meals and service. Excellent value! I was pleasantly surprised at the price of our three meals and drinks. We'll definitely be back.
I go to a lot of Montana's and the food is always good. Ribs wings nachos hell I even get the pancakes sometimes. What sets this one apart is the service. Kennedy and Jess are on it. Make you feel welcome, make sure your glass is full and you're food is hot. One of the best if not the best Montana's I've ever been to.
Really horrible experience all around. We arrive for lunch when it was quite slow, with only a table or 2 already seated. Our waitress seemed disinterested in doing anything, and was not knowledgeable about the menu at all. We waited for 20 minutes just for the drinks to arrive - another waitress and the manager even came by to see if we had been helped. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half without getting our food. Our waitress checked in once and asked if we had gotten our food yet - other than that she didn’t come by. Around the 40 minute make we asked our server, and then again another server how much longer our food would be. Each time they responded with “almost done!”After waiting over an hour and a half we decided to go as we could no lo wait for the food to come out. We talked to the manger explaining we couldn’t wait anymore and she seemed very annoyed with us. She continuously tried to justify the outrageous wait time and horrible service. The situation could have definitely been smoothed over with a sincere apology, but she just made excuses which was somewhat aggravating. It was honestly the manager’s behaviour that really solidified I won’t ever visit a Montanas again.
Don't order from here via skip the dishes, or frankly any other meal delivery service. They left out literally half the items on the kids meals, and didn't include the appetizer I ordered and paid for. When I followed up, they blamed it on Skip the Dishes, and didn't make it right. So frustrated. Thanks for the sour end to my mother's day meal. Won't be eating here again.
This time around we were not pleased.The server that brought the food to our table neglected the cutlery. 2 minutes later the same server came back to see how we were doing. We asked for cutlery,she went to get some. 4 minutes later the server that seated us came to see how we were doing and we told her we had no cutlery. 15 seconds later our cutlery arrived. My wife's steak and baked potato had cooled down dramatically waiting 6 minutes for cutlery. FYI we never saw the server we first asked for cutlery. We never said anything as we did want to appear petty.Food was average but nice.
