Their service is good but the lobby and bathrooms are messy. A worker came out and went right past the garbage that was clearly there and I and a few other people pointed it out. Lots of workers standing around workers doing their own things.one worker hanging out the window in the drive thru. Had to tell them three times to send out someone to clean.
We go to this McDonald's location often because it's a convenient location for us. I don't think we've recieved our exact order on the first try once. Luckily, we're usually picking up to eat at home and can find straws and condiments there. If this location isn't directly on your way, avoid it. If it's the most convenient, check your drive through order before leaving.
We waited for about 5 minutes at the drive through window as the employees were hitting each other? And our drinks were completely flat and warm.
It's disappointing when you use their technology to order and have them bring it out to you and they don't. A quick stop got much longer when I had to go in to pick up my mobile order that they hadn't even started making! I waited as others came and went. These things happen I guess.
This location is worst, whenever I go and ask for a smoothies they are out of it, even in daytime and night time, they are always out of it. I don’t know why I think they don’t wanna make sides in busy time. And on other location it’s always available.I went more than 10 time they are always out of it .
Worst McDonald's experience ever. Around 11pm, drive thru busy, so you're expecting "fresher" food. Waited for approximately 20 minutes to order. Extremely untrained or unprofessional order taker, line finally started moving. I was trying to order a 1/4 pounder, no onions, meal, chocolate milkshake and 6 nuggets with Mcchicken sauce. Drove away without checking order, because I was in line for over 20 minutes, bad decision, only got burger,nuggets. No fries or sauce. I was still in parking lot, so I tried to get in, doors locked.Finally walked up to window to complain, said she'd check on it. Parked out front, waited for a few minutes, she brought out bag, we checked order before she left, looked ok. Fries tasted like they came out of the garbage, didn't eat them, sauce was wrong. Is that enough yet!!!!!
I know fast food can be hit or miss and tonight wasnt great. 5 employees standing around doing nothing one looked like she was the supervisor, no pickles on the big macs, fries were cold, made 2 orders/one car and they didnt realize/remember, employee put her bare fingers inside my fry container when picking it up to bag it instead of holding the sides of the container..They did remember to add tomato to the mcChicken.
All the workers do majority of the time is dance around, joke around with each other and I haven’t had one of them actually check to make sure the order is semi correct and then if you go back to get your order straightened out they insist that your just delusional and they are always right. Sorry, but maybe hire people that are actually going to do their job especially since you “the company” are paying these people to do said job.
Ordered 20 nugget meal and 6 nugget meal both with BBQ sauce, I didnt receive my 6 piece nugget and was given sweet and sour sauce, the woman at the window did not even make eye contact with me or say a word to me. When she handed me my order she didn't even look at me or say that was everything. There were only 2 people in front of us so they were not busy. Later when I tried to call about it they didn't answer.
Drive thru wait times are way to long and their process for getting people through is not consistent. People taking orders also seem annoyed to be working.As for the food, they seem to cut back on amounts when it comes to giving full orders.The burgers were sloppy with minimal toppings and the fries inside their large was lacking. The amount received could literally fit into a small bag.I would hope they can improve their system and have the food be more consistent.
