Selling "ice coffee" when there machine is not working. They just filled the cup with cream and then struggled to refund my $1.50 when I complained. Wasn't miscommunication, they said they had no ice coffee when we came back even though we just bought one lmao gave the same thing to the person infront of us.
The place is busy and service is quite slow at times. The inside feels quite small aswell, overall its decently clean, managers are quick to respond and they are fully staffed from what I can see. Please note I notice recently this location gets a variety of people and can be quite interrupting and nerve-wracking, this isn't the employees fault but I'd like for poeple to know this just incase they were planning on going, id say early in the day it might be okay.
Walked in, not busy in the restaurant. Almost 15 minutes for 4 ice cream cones. People ordered icecream after and we’re being served before, then served an Icecream cone with what looks like a brush Bristle stuck to it. Do better people
I ordered from doordash in midnight and the food was terrible. Cold..the fries looked expired and silly. Absolutely waste of my money. The night shift people on attridge drive need to realise they are dropping the value of mcdonalds by their terrible service
This place sucks. It’s 3am the sign says 24 hours and both drive throughs are closed, so we try the door. It’s locked. There is a worker sitting inside on her phone drinking sprite and she stares me dead in the eyes without any effort to look concerned. Idk what she was getting paid for, but it wasn’t for getting me a coke. Negative one star.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This McDonald’s is FERAL. Our car broke down in the drive thru and could not be turned on to be moved. It’s 2:30 in the morning and you think we can get a tow truck at this time???? The manager was completely inconsiderate and was more concerned about their speed of service times being racked up because the car was there. Honestly disgusting feral behaviour on their part emphasis on FERAL.
So is every McDonald's just trying to be the worst? The food is always cold and stale try cooking fresh food. Also I have never received the correct order even one time. The people working here must ride the short bus. I will never eat at another McDonald's ever again. From now on I only eat at DQ or fat burger.
I got large fries look at quantity and it's even not cooked properly like half cook paid 4$ for this and even costermer service was not good I don't think I will go again to this location.
Got my order wrong (big surprise), then charged me almost double with no explanation when asked, charged me an additional $1.43 for 'breakfast', all when I came in with a coupon trying to save. Then they gave me attitude when I called telling them they served me the wrong thing.
Curbside pickup seems to get the lowest priority in terms of getting orders out. Opted for it since I saw the drive-thru lines were at least 5 cars long each side. By the time I got my order brought out (15 mins), there was no more line at the drive-thru.
