I’ve changed my mind. So the last 5 visits I have not gotten a fork with my poutine, which actually surprises me. It seem deliberate, and makes me want to question management. The rest seems just fine however, the service is fast and fries are always actually fresh (not reheated)!
Total fail today. The offer on the app wouldn’t open for the $3 Mac. They said there was nothing they could do. No apologies. So I ordered a drink without ice. It had ice. All staff had no personality and were on the rude side. Went to Tim Hortons instead.
Absolutely terrible customer service at drive throughs. Waited 10 minutes for the meal, just to be told that they dont have any of the stuff in stock. Instead of being sorry the staff memebr became confrontational when i told him that he should have let me know when i am the only person there.
Probably the fastest McDonald’s drive thru in town. Every other location takes forever to get through but these guys are fast! The food is usually pretty consistent. Most of the staff are quite friendly too.
Worst experience at a McDonalds. Garbage was overflowing, in the lot, and inside, bathrooms and restaurant were unclean, the food was slapped together, it was a wait to be served, and a long wait for our food. A McNugget had something hard in it, the sandwiches were thrown together, and I think we heard a comment about food on the floor from staff before we left. Pretty sure we won't go back.
The first time we have been to McD's in YEARS!! Filet-o-fish was pretty good, and kid's meal was pretty much as we remembered it.It will be a long time before we visit again. We don't like the ways they changed the 1/4 pounder and the Big Mac.
This location was horrible. Bathrooms were not stocked with any toilet paper and no soap. They forgot a drink, fries and napkins in our bag. Yet all the employees were standing in the back just talking while one of them was doing all the work.
Ordered bacon and egg muffin sandwich combo. Only thing that was hot was the coffee. Egg was cold hashbrown was room temperature. Bacon on muffin sandwich was burnt. This location will often get special orders wrong for my wife and kids
there not 24h dons like they clame and every time I try to go past 11 they always tell me something made up probly why they can't serve me I'm kinda sick ot it
Yesterday, after bragging about the muffins from McDonald's, I picked up 18 of them to share with my co-workers. How disappointing! The muffins I recieved were old & stale! They were hard and most people threw theirs away! How embarrassing.? Not good Mcdonalds, not good at all.
