Not very often I review something because of a negative experience. The last three times I've gone to 22nd street they either messed up my order or forgot something completely. Tonight I got two meals, both the large fries were less than half full. The bottom bun on the big Mac was hard. Not crispy but hard. Avoid if you can go to any other mcdonalds in the city.
There is no communication in the morning kitchen, its slow people have their heads down not getting orders done. Edit: 4 weeks later still no change. Avoid this place.
Had my sons 10th bday there. 8 kids and 6 adults. Couldn't do a discount because there was not enough people to the party but gave us free cones for the kids to go with the cake we were able to bring in. They allowed us to have the room connected to the playplace. Only issue was one burger was NOT supposed to have cheese and when we asked for it to be done right, they made it worse but then got it right without a hassle. All in all though, good prices, as accommodating as as they could be and the bday kid was happy, so mom was happy too!
Not a safe location. Coming from Ruckers across the street My wife, daughter and I decided to dine in at 4:00 pm. We order and sit to eat. A lady walks in and aporoaches staff to report she was attacked. It is no wonder why the place is not busy and empty. I forgot we are in the hood area. Seriously there is a need for security at this location.
They Lost my drive through order. The runner that was taking bags out just gave any order to anyone. I tried to flag him down and he wouldn't come to the car. I had to go in and get my order remade. This isn't the first time this location has had issues.
Slowest drive-thru ever!! Came for a quick coffee, took my order a half hour ago and I still haven’t even gotten to the pay window!! They seem to take 5-10 minutes on each order. Absolutely ridiculous
This visit was extremely subpar, the only thing that was positive is the person taking the money was friendly. Order took forever, order was wrong, took back wrong burger(hopefully they didn't give it to the person eho ordered it) my patties were burnt on the one side, pop machine needs to be looked at because the pop was bad. One star based on quality of visit
Not my normal mcdonalds i usually use the one on idylwyld. I was amazed how fast the drivethru went here. I think i was able to order my food and receive it in 5 min, as compared to my usual one i expect to be stuck in line for at least 20 min. The lineups were about the same length as the other but they must do something very different here because they were able to process the drivethru line so fast. I would hope the one on idylwyld would learn from here.Another good thing is they didnt forget stuff from my order. My last visit the idylwyld location forgot straws utensils, and the syrup. I was in too much of a rush to be able to go back in to get them so my kids were sad.Ill be going to this location for mcdonalds now
The young guy in drive through literally did not make any eye contact with me while handing our food out. In fact he didn't say one word to me. He had his back turned to us the whole time. To busy visiting with his buddies jnstead of focusing on customer service. Is this what young kids have come to these days??
when I went to use the washroom I was disgusted to see it in a big mess .paper towels on the floor, toilet seat got no bolts to hold it down,broken soap dispenser.i recommend to get tidy in a regular basis.
