Terrible service was received today, or rather no service at all. We waited for 1/2hr and never received anything, not even our coffee. We asked for a refund at that point as we did have somewhere to be, never did I imagine it would take longer than 1/2hr to get our simple order of 3 coffee and 3 sandwiches (I wonder if we could have stayed longer…how much more time would have passed before it was ready?). The sad part was, we were not the only ones waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. Apologies once we asked for a refund from the gentleman, but it was far too late at that point to have been ignored for the 1/2hr prior.
I watched the staff work the breakfast shift while waiting for My order. I realized how efficient these people are. Yes the odd thing may get forgotten once in a while but the number of customers and how fast they have to be to get orders out it is understandable.
The last few time we've come here they drop the ball on our orders.My kids want some modifications which already make ordering here difficult but we often don't get the meals or sandwiches the way they are ordered.. i dont care enough to drive back or even go in after visithe drive through.. and we always feel rushed out.. I get that it's fast food.. My expectations are not that high... but even then it's usually just mediocre.
We went through the drive through with only one car in line. Still had to wait in a pickup stall for our food to receive cold food and burgers were burnt. Everytime we go to this location we are short something from the order or it's old and cold food.
We ordered inside for take out.The large screens are easy to navigate. I never saw then getting sanitised though. Some more signage to show that there is more space upstairs would make a major difference.Some staff were masked and others not.
I was verbally and physically threatened by a staff member and when I brought it to all the top management team it was just left alone. This staff member has also abused other girls so he absolutely should not be allowed to work there yet he still is.I was told many times that they would be looking into it and wanted my contact info. Every time I gave my info I never got a response back.I've sent in many letters explaining when and what happened and each time no response. This is a disgusting company and top management team. Do better.
If I could post zero stars I would. It seems almost impossible for this place to get an order right. Doesn't matter if your ordering delivery or picking it up at the restaurant. 95% of the time something is missing. Just got my order and half of it was missing. Blows my mind how someone can't put a few food items in a bag without screwing it up.
Typical of no standards staff. Food was a joke fries cold and found a frozen one in the mix. Burger you can see through, cold also and so generous on the added bacon. Nuggies were hot and fresh at least DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I saw the people there preparing food Weren't wearing any gloves. It's a high food safety concern.
I give my order in drive thru for 2 junior chickens with onions and a large coke around 11:10pm on march 26,2022 and told to put ketchups in bag. After reaching home when i see bag there was no ketchups at all nd no onions in the juniors and the coke don’t really taste like a coke it taste so different like 95% is water. And when i look for my receipt in bag there was no receipt at all… Thanks for making my night.. never coming to this McDonalds again..
