It took the team 25 mins to get our order done and it was a simple coffee.We said it was taking too long when everyone around us took their orders first and the gentleman said it was the machine and then they said it was because he was new. after 20 min a we asked for their manager and she came out, she then made us repeat the order and was upset because we didn't ‘speak up. It took her 5 mins to get the coffees done and then we did t receive even an apology. Finally, my father got upset and then the lady said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. Very terrible service and very rude staff. I've never felt so bad ordering a simple coffee
The Don reigns supreme. You go in, you know what you want and you get it. Of course the burger may not go stacked to perfection and your big mac has a tilt to it, but it doesn't taste tilted. It tastes exactly as you'd expect and that's the beauty of mcdonalds.
My friends and I went to the McDonald’s and placed our orders and waited for our food. When we get to the window a girl named “Honey” was working the window. She couldn’t remember our orders got everything completely wrong and we waited a half hour for them to correct the order. When they gave it to us again it’s was still completely wrong. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to and id never come back. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
What an amazing place to go into and saw how busy the place is.Guess the tall thin guy is the Manager and how well he did his job. I am new to Saskatoon and to see this at a McDonald's is amazing how well each person knows what to do. And to see the Manager working so well with the others was wonderful to see this at first hand when I placed my order. That's what a team Manager should be like working side by side with everyone. Very hard to find a person like that in my opinion. So many places in the UK you don't see this with a Manager. Congratulations to the owner who hired a fine young man at this location. Cheers.!
We had a very long day working from 9am Saturday until about 1am Sunday. I was so tired.We were in the drive-thru waiting and I mistakenly drove by the spot that I was supposed to order at. I ended up at the window where I was supposed to pay and was told I'd have to go back around and go back through the drive-thru line again (which was out to the street).I was also trapped between the car in front and behind so we'd have to wait to get through the line. The person at the payment window asked how big our order is and placed our order for us and didn't make us go through the drive-thru again. He was so personable and funny. We really appreciated his excellent service during what would have been a very busy time for them.The food was consistent to the odd time we've gone to McDonald's.This review is really to thank the young guy working the drive-thru window at 12:15am - 12:30am on Saturday night (technically Sunday morning). I didn't catch their name, but he had some pink or purple highlights in his hair. ?He was also dealing with a couple of people walking around outside in the drive-thru trying to get them to leave before they get hit by a car. He was doing such a good job with so much being thrown at him.
Needed to take our kids for something convenient on the way out of saskatoon. Clean facility and got out kids fed. Not too busy either. Don't forget to help out the guys who need change outside. Everyone is human
Second time in a week. Waiting at the drive thru order and nobody acknowledges or takes my order for more than 10 minutes. I spend 30 minutes to get stale fries and old chicken nuggets. Today I’m still sitting behind a truck that’s been waiting 15 minutes. What a joke. I hope you go out of business.
I was in the store, ordered my food, no other customer. There’s only one car on drive-thur window. I looked over the screen, i just ordered a large fries and a coffee. There were almost 10 people working, and that jennica and one other was over the phone, it was so unprofessional. Not a place to recommend. My order took 25 mints for them to prepare. Like seriously… that’s how you work. Unprofessional, unethical. Laughing and gossiping around.
This place is terrible. They make cold squished food. They also don't make your order correctly. They make you wait in drive through for basic meals. When talking to a manager about an issue they hang up on you. They treat you like garbage. This McDonald's is terrible. Go pick a different one. Highly dissatisfied not recommended.
Took the kids for lunch. They always love McDonalds. Tables weren't very clean and no staff cleaning up. There was a spilled drink on the floor when we got there and it was still there when we left over a half hour later. The service for food was fast.
