Was delicious, only thing is one size for all not good for little kids extremely messy and they didn't finish their cones!!Great for adults, too much for little kiddies!
Charged $7.69 for a small cone. And the tiger tiger had no liquorice at all inside. I’m very disappointed because that was not expected for the price.
High price but excellent service and even better ice cream. Worth.
High prices and mediocre ice cre makes this a tough place to love. The big gimmick at Marble Slab Creamery is having stuff folded into your ice cream on a chilled marble slab, but the novelty wears off the second your teeth hit a frozen gummi bear. My kids enjoyed the gimmick, but asked to go back to our regular ice cream place before they even finished their Marble Slab cones, and that days tells me most of what I need to know.
I’ve always been a fan or Marble Slab and always recommended this to everyone I know but after today, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning to this location.I ordered my usual, cookie dough drizzle but it was just vanilla ice cream mixed with a bit of oreo. I had asked the lady to remake my order but she refused. She argued that she mixed all the ingredients but didn’t. She kept arguing and didn’t apologize. So I told her to make another order and pay for it. Sure enough, she charged me for another ice cream! There was a big difference with the 1st ice cream that was made compared to the 2nd one.I asked for her name but she refused to give this to me.I hope nobody else will experience this kind of poor customer service at this location.
Amazing flavours and toppings but our order was prepared in a rush so our cones were dripping from the moment it was given to us.
Really great REAL ice cream. Cakes are nice and well made and the employees are quite helpful. It’s a good treat, and it’s something great to splurge quite a bit of money on. Only issue was with the somewhat limited selection of cakes. We went to get one quite a few months ago, and I think one of the freezers was broken, so that was unfortunate. However, they did make it up to us by offering to customize the cakes available for free, so that was nice!

This is their 1litre Hand-Crafted Ice Cream ordered November 4th 2021. When I checked it as I got home, it is not filled the whole 1litre container and if I didn't ask to add sauce, it is barely just the ice cream (can't you see the mixins)I used to buy ice cream here years ago but now I am very disappointed. Might go to other locations instead. The person who made my ice cream wasn't even pleasant. It's a thumbs down for me
