Our server Brenda was not friendly and did not check on the table other then to take our orders. My friend ordered a beer which she accidentally spilt as soon as it touched the table before she could take a sip of it. Our server helped clean up the beer but seemed annoyed and charged her for a new beer. As someone who works in the service industry I am extremely disappointed in the service we were given and I would not recommend this location.

Visited this place day this week. Worst leopard tavern experience yet. Server was very rude for no reason. We were three people sitting on six table chair place. Next to us there were 4 people sitting and were eating food. Server came to us and said we will move you somewhere if more people come in because you are sitting here. She dint say this to them, offcourse they were white. (Privileged treatment) Secondly, she was not nearby, so we called another server for some assistance, she came and said she isnt your server. Dont call her call me out. We were okay with it, but she went by , i called her by saying excuse me. She dint replied. I was like okay might be busy. She came and I asked her good name so next time if she go by, i ill just call nicely. She said ohh dont do that, dont call me just dont do that in a rude manner. I was so frustrated at her, i was mad but i was still quiet. I understand we all do customer service and dint wanted to be rude to her. Next time, she came by asked , are you guys doing good. I said yes, we are doing fine, just waiting for burger. I said it really politely. I was not even complaining. She replied, it takes time, it doesnt get cooked by its own or I am not going to flip it for you. She said something like that. She literally insulted me for no reason. I dont remember her name maybe its sarah or something. I dont remember but this is a request, please let know your staff that its okay to be kind and its okay to be polite to people. I liked the food. I dint like the bad way of treatment towards me and am not coming again. The another server we called, was nice to us tho. Appreciate that.

The food is meh. The fish batter was tasty, but weirdly thick and stretchy like a pancake? I just ate the fish out from inside it. The fries were very small, cold, and hard bits like they were leftovers from the night before and the gravy was cold with a thick skin.Staff is friendly and efficient, though.

This is my favourite place. My friend and I always have a fantastic time. The food is so good.. have you tried the cauliflower bites!?!? If not you should!We love their menu of the week and the new garlic knots are amazing!If you get the chance to, sit in Amber's section. Not only is she phenomenal at her job, she makes you feel like a friend visiting her home. I always go to her section when I can. There's good then there's Leo's! Shout out to everyone who works here. You all are amazing ? ❤️

Food is always consistently awesome, but I the owners should have free delivery of orders $25 and over as we always ending up paying a delivery fee from Leopold's although they don't deliver and also a delivery fee to skip the dishes which is not right.

Update: they did infact email me back, and they confirmed that the picture online looks different from what they actually serve. I wouldn’t have ordered it had they posted an actual photo.I ordered the burger of the month last week (Feb 9th). It’s the Korean Fried Barbecue chicken burger. I ordered direct from their website for delivery, but unfortunately the burger I received was a different colour than they’re advertising and tasted more like a Thai/honey garlic flavour than barbecue.I emailed the restaurant regarding my concerns along with this picture and have yet to hear back from them.

We had a table of 7 people tonight for my friend’s birthday celebration. Alexa W was our server and she was, bar none, the best server I’ve ever had. Our group ordered so many different things, and several drinks each throughout the evening, and she was attentive, patient, and personable, even with our various requests for different things (no onions on one poutine, dill dip with the bacon, three different kinds of wings, one nachos with chicken and one with no olives, etc etc). She wrote nothing down and everything showed up exactly as we had ordered. She was right on top of keeping our glasses full and even anticipated that several of us needed boxes to pack stuff up. Amazing service, which honestly is fairly hard to come by anymore. I sincerely hope her manager is aware of what an amazing job she does. This is the reason people come back to restaurants.

Always wanted to try this bar in my neighborhood but one day after work I ended up doing food delivery from this restaurant and the interaction was truly hostile. It was -45 out and I received notification if I want to deliver for doordash because it is 'very busy' I was like why not, got in the car and turned on my app and was at the restaurant in 5 minutes, as soon as I got there and told I am here to pickup for ***, a very angry staff came charging, told me I am late and became very condescending. Started tapping her nails on my phone screen that 'I' was suppose to pickup the order half hour ago(she was right about the time) then she went on and on repeating her self even after I told her, it's busy and no one is dashing in extreme cold warning but I wouldn't know because I just got the notification. No need to go Gordon Ramsey on me.Wanted to help out my community during this weather but her negative attitude was too much. Signed off and went home after delivering the food.

The burgers and poutine were good, but nothing special. Fries were cold. Had to ask for salt and pepper twice. As a result, fries got even colder. . Two pieces of bacon will cost you and extra $4 per burger. That’s not quite 25% of the cost of the burger. Really. Won’t be going back.

We tried the weekly special burger and poutine with our pints. Very good food and service.
