I never post reviews, but this was something that needs to be heard. I made an order at 5:22 for a pick at 6pm. I arrive at 6:05….NO order ready. I wait till 61:18 and I ask why it took so long when I pre ordered? He said drive thru was busy. So apparently a $7 order is more important than a $60 meal for family. I ask that head office addresses this type of service and gives me a reply.
I ordered two of the ultimate buckets and one four piece combo. I ordered my meal at 5:00 p.m. stating it was going to be here at 5:45 I started calling at 6:00 called 15 times before somebody answered the phones. My order finally arrived at 6:50. I paid an extra $3 on my four piece combo to receive all white meat only got two pieces. All of the meals were combined they weren't in separate boxes per person we had to divvy up everything once it got here. We did not receive any dips that we ordered, the fries were cold and Soggy, all of the dark meat that was sent which was a total of 10 pieces were so saturated in grease that we had to use paper towels on them before we could eat them. I am very disappointed we spent like $60 and it wasn't anywhere near worth the price. We were soooo disappointed ? and when you phone the restaurant to complain all they offer you is a small popcorn chicken on your next order.
Order there once or twice a month. It's rare that everything is good, too often everything is not. Today the chicken was plump and juicy, the fries were fresh and hot. The gravy was flavored water. No kidding it was chicken bullion. I think they have a high staff turnover.
Quick courteous service, but the sandwiches (Famous Chicken) were made upside-down and the crust is SO thick that I thought I was biting into a bone at first.The fries were hot. The drinks were cool. The sandwiches, meh.
Was extremely disappointed. Had to wait over 15 minutes for chicken as they were out (was given a free soft drink for my wait). The sandwiches barely had any sauce or lettuce. They also forgot the poutine and extra gravy that we ordered, which i specifically asked if the poutine was in the bag before I left. I tried to call and let them know and there was no answer. I was given 2 pieces of chicken and coleslaw for my trouble and the items that were forgotten. Doubt we will be ordering from there again for some time.

Ordered online because of time restrictions so that my son could eat before having to go to work. Prepaid. Got to the store at a pointed time only to be told that I had a 15-20 min wait to cook the chicken. some excuses about not keeping extra chicken before close. I sent my order in an hour and a half before close NOT HAPPY !!!!! Son didn’t get to eat and neither did I.
What a joke of a place... can't even give you a limited time offer that is advertised.. got it before... now this time I couldn't order it.. had to do it online and the manager there was rude and didn't wanna even give me the time of day.. NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSSINESS. Edited I added a star cuz as I was sitting there writing this post he came out and said he now can offer me the special he was mistaken apparently so wasted my time for nothing. I even said and your a manager. ..
Last night we ordered KFC for my birthday supper, it was way over cooked and so dry that it literally had no flavor I tried dipping it in the gravy but that didn't help. This chicken isn't cheap and I don't mind paying for it but it has to be good.
Worst food from a KFC ever. The chicken had tiny legs, or maybe they were wing drummets. Absolutely no spice, if not for the oily chicken there would be no flavour. I also got a Scorcher sandwich. It looked nothing like the advertisement, was dry, hard, was a weird shape of meat that didn't fit the bun. The mayo wasn't spicy in anyway. Regular KFC chicken is normally more spicy than the sandwich.We normally order from 22nd but the app ordered it from Idyllwyld today. Also so many feathers. Waste of $70.
