Food was soggy, very over priced, I spent like $14 on some fries and gravy and it didn't even taste good

I was really looking forward to enjoying this meal but KFC IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. In fact my meal was disgusting. The chicken was not crispy, the gravy tasted like water, the biscuit was not baked properly, and my pop was flat. I threw my meal in the garbage. It was a waste of money.
Last Friday I ordered online without knowing that they will be closing early because it doesn't show online . . I didn't get my order because they said they are already closing . I want my refund but it's been 5 days but they haven't returned it back still . . I've been ordering on this location for a longer time and they've been a disappointment.....
The meat, gravy, fries were all surprising great!! Been alot of bad luck in Saskatoon...but I'm sure we got pigeon part's no way .....or weee tiny baby chickens is possible ?
Walk-in, Ordered bucket for 2 to go at 6:30 (supper time). After 10 minutes waiting they said they had no dark meat and offered all white, or another 12 minute wait. Maybe understaffed, I'm not sure. 25 minutes for a small take-out order during dinner is silly.
We ordered delivery of a 10 piece bucket, fries, gravy, and mac salad last night. I was very disappointed with the chicken. It was on the very edge of being burnt, Ive never seen it like that before. And very, very greasy. It must have been refried after it should have been discarded for sitting there too long. This location was always our favorite, but has been going downhill for a while now. You can't depend on getting good chicken any more. Ugghh!
My daughter and myself each bought some chicken from KFC in Lawson heights and it was ok when you first get them. Later during the day both of us suffered upset stomachs, bloating and diarrhea. My stomach is still upset today. I am never going to this KFC ever again...
