80% of the dining area was blocked off and garbages were turned to face the wall. Food was as expected but overall it felt uninviting.
I ordered plant-base burger via drive thru. They handed out me a chicken burger instead of plant base. As i am vegan i had to threw meal with disappointment.
I have ordered the food few times from this location. It's just common practice by these guys to reheat or refry the food. I am not going to visit this location anymore.

The manager in the afternoon shift is super rude. She talks like yelling all the time and acts like customers doesn't matter. The company should look into it before she shuts down all the customers.
I was hungry cause we where on the go with the grandson so I asked the other half if it was ok to stop for a quick lunch. The other half gives me her pinky ring to kiss as her way to say, " I allow you". Well I ordered the crispy chicken burger and I wolfed it down before I got to her vehicle. Her rule, " no eating in her vehicle". I raised concerns about that cause her boys use the vehicle and there's food stains all over the seats. She raises her eyes upward and all I see is the whites of her eyeballs as she stares at me. I slowly slide into her vehicle and slowly back out while she checks for crumbs on my clothes...
Usually our KFC is very good except today the gravy was terrible. I will not be returning anytime soon. Hopefully they will fix their gravy problem.
It’s the worst experience that l’ve ever had before. I waited for over an hour and my order was still not delivered. It’s just 2km away from my house. I tried to call them several times but no one answered the phone!
I picked up a three piece meal from drive through. To my utter disappointment the chicken seemed warmed over, was dry, and didn't have the usual appetizing aroma I expected.No, I do not have Covid-19. My appetite and sense if smell are intact.I can only conclude that you are trying to cut costs by reheating chicken left over from a previous day.I will not be going to this location again. That makes two locations that have disappointing lately. No more Kentucky chicken for me.
Gross, all the 14 pieces of chicken were cold and old tasting. After eating a few pieces we found a hair!! We threw the rest of it out, disgusting, we want a refund.
