Keos has my favorite pad Thai in the city- and since I'm feeling under the weather I wanted to get the level 4 spicy pad Thai to help clear out my sinuses. Level 4 is usually close to unbearable for me. When I received it I could tell just by looking at it and smelling it that it was not spicy at all. Not even a little. I could see barely any red chili on the noodles. I had to grab a bottle of hot sauce from my fridge and mix that in. The delivery also cost $10 which is probably the most I've paid to have food delivered in my life- so it was incredibly disappointing to spend *so much money* and not get what you ordered. :(
The food here is so good. The best pad Thai I’ve ever had in Saskatoon. The roummit is extremely good as well. Laap salad and Laos sausage is so good here too. I can’t speak enough of how good the food is here. 5 stars.
Not sure what’s wrong with the restaurant! They took 15-20mins to take our order. Panang curry we got was super cold, Pad-thai didn’t look authentic and all the spice was accumulated on one side and rest of the noodles were bland. This was our 4th and most probably last visit at Keo’s. May be they changed the kitchen staff. Really disappointed!
20 minutes before someone took our drink and starter order. Probably another 20 before they took our entree order. It took over 1 hour before only half our starters came out.Almost 2 hours to get our main entree. When we asked about it, they said only 2 of the 4 had been started. When the food came, it was delicious. But that is no excuse for slow service. They were more concerned with filling Skip orders than dealing with in house guests.Food was great but but worth the wait or lack of service.
This is the best Thai restaurant in Saskatoon. The food is great, the service is good and you can tell that there is demand because the line-up of delivery drivers outside the location makes it hard to find parking! However, it is worth parking a few blocks away and walking to eat in. My favourite is the Pad Thai. My only constructive criticism is that the 1-6 heat/spice index is inconsistent. I’ve ordered the “4” and had the top blown off my skull (which was perfect) and ordered the same level again and had no heat. Regardless, the flavour has always been amazing no matter what the heat level. My wife loves it too and her favourite is the Laht na. This is one of our favourite places to eat in Saskatoon.
Can't speak for the food, wasn't feeling like going out, wanted delivery. Picked what I wanted online, went to check out and they want $10 delivery charge with a 1hr-1hr and 45mib wait. Plus $0.50 for cheap chopsticks then they have the never to put a tip option (default to 15%).My $25 order came to just over $40 with tax.Sorry but if they are that cheap to charge for chopsticks and twice what most place charge for delivery.. Makes me wonder how small the portions are.. Maybe next time I am in Toon town I will try the in the restaurant.
Really good food, nice place but take-out is a rip-off. The food I ordered was only a third of the portion I got when eating inside. It was more veg than ginger beef and the rice tookup half the little container. It was $23. Support local - You'll love the food but eating in is best way to do it.
Always delicious! We get the coconut milk mushroom soup every time. Great service. A staple restaurant in Saskatoon.
Dining in not recommended as skip orders took priority we waited for water we waited for a drink then we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. even the appies not a relaxing night out as the skip table was directly behind us causing alot of commotion. Disappointed cause the place was nice and we were looking forward to going out with friends.
Went last night with a group of 8 for a birthday dinner. We gave the reigns to Jenny and the kitchen, and they delivered an outstanding experience. We were able to try things on the menu most of us would never have ordered.Saskatoon is lucky to have a place like this.
