Go for the coffee not the service. Ordered drinks here 2 different days. Good flavour for the coffee and the service was great the first day (when we got lattes, the server even got my husband more sugar because his drink wasn't sweet enough) but the service sucked the second day. We were there before 10 and looked at the board for a breakfast menu and didn't see anything so ordered a sandwich since we didn't have time to go elsewhere. As we were waiting other people came in and ordered breakfast items. Weird. After a 15 minute wait we thought they might have forgotten about us but no they had to defrost the chicken and cook it. Since we were getting our order to go it would have been nice to know it was still frozen at the time of ordering, and why wouldn't the server point out that there was a breakfast menu available?
Homequarter NEVER disappoints ? we decided to treat ourselves to some coffee and cheesecakes on a grey and chilly day, it was incredible and certainly brightened the gloomy day for us.
Had been a while since I came here. Close to the former farmers market in Saskatoon. Very nice selection of pastries as well as coffees, hot and cold. We had both Matcha Green tea latte. Very happy with them. We will for sure return. Recommended!

I want to like this place. It’s close to my office, has an appealing-sounding set of options on the menu… but it’s just not good.It was nice when it first opened, and I went several times when the farmer’s market was still there. Tasty coffee and treats, pleasant atmosphere, ok service.Something has changed in the last few years. It’s cluttered with a million signs, decorations, and other junk. The service is slow. The quality of food has gone downhill.I have made the mistake of stopping by to grab lunch on several occasions when I have forgotten to bring one to the office and EVERY time the service is much, much too slow. Even when there aren’t many customers and I order something simple like a sandwich, I will be standing there for 20+ minutes waiting.The last time I went I decided to try the pasties since they sound delicious. It took almost 25 minutes to receive them, and then when I got back to the office they were the wrong flavour and burnt.I need to remember to stop trying to make this place work for me, even though I really really want it to.
first time visit, went with cousin early for lunch two weeks ago, had seen many great reviews and looked forward to trying it out. Not busy, had a distracted person take our order. What appeared to be the children's area was very messy, stayed that way over an hour that we were there. We seated ourselves away from that end of the cafe. I ordered ham and swiss, very tasty and fresh, half way through I realize, no cheese! Didn't make an issue as the sandwich was tasty as it was. When we left, I got tow desserts to go. Pumpkin cake and Carrot cake. Pumpkin cake was so dry I had to cut all the edges off to try it, in the middle the taste was there but icing and cake were very old. Carrot cake was a bit fresher. I did contact via email, and no response. disheartening

First time there today was a bit disappointed. Is a cute coffee shop, wasn’t busy at the time we went. When we walked in the staff was just staring at us without any greeting, felt a bit awkward. Got a ice mocha, taste okay not what I expected, tasted like ice coffee mixed with chocolate powder. I ordered a steak and onion pastry, and my friend ordered the pork and apple pastry, Botha are very dry will not order that again. The girl that served us food was very nice tho! I may give it a second try to their hot drinks?
Would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing baked goods soups sandwiches, etc. Haven't had a coffee there yet but best london fog I have ever had. I will definitely be a regular and after having their carrot cake I will never make it again.
Wide variety of coffee and muffins. Nice location with parking lots available by the street. Nice atmosphere, comfortable chairs, clean tables. Great for hanging out with friends. Fresh baked goods and many different sandwiche options!
