Very clean! Pleasant, helpful staff! A bit noisy in the room but had a good sleep. Easy to find and very close to airport. Beautiful sky at sunset!
Smallish but clean rooms. Strangely bar is closed on weekends. Gym is well set up. You can tell they are trying to recover from the slow down. Friendly staff. Good location.
10:30pm check-in get to room bed not made look like someone just left.Front desk guy said it was okay someone probably messed the bed up. Ask for money back and left. Never again at this place.
Friendly staff, clean bedrooms and tasty offerings at the restaurant. Also, have a convenient coach bus service that picks you up directly outside of the hotel that you can take to neighbouring cities, including Edmonton, AB. Would definitely stay here again.
There rooms are ok just the hallways can be a bit scary for some people not recommended for tall people
Overall a good stay. Room was clean. Outdated. You walk in and you think it's up to date until you get in the room. Old TV stand with a swivel in the middle plopped in the corner for no reason lol. But friendly staff. Good location. Bed was comfy.
Mother's day brunch was absolutely the worst experience ever. The restaurant was filthy, the staff was rude and very disorganized, the food was cold and tasted terrible. The last straw was when I saw the omelet "chef" holding a dirty clip board put his bare hands in the shredded cheese and put that handful in my omelet. At that point I refused to eat it and said that that was not only gross but a health violation. Others saw it happen too. So gross. So after explaining to the manager that my wife and I were highly put off they still proceeded to charge me 62$! What a disgusting rip off. I urge everyone to steer very clear of this spot next mother's day. Wish I could rate zero stars. By the way... the blue kool-aid in the jug was laughable at 28 bucks a plate. Clean up your act, shame on you.
One staff member is terrible!! She wears a scarf!! She wouldn't make an exception to check us in early, nor phone housekeeping to ask if a room was available. We travel 4 hours to get to Saskatoon and we get exhausted. She made a point to make us wait and snicker while making her comments of why we couldn't check in....and while sitting there waiting another staff worker accommodates to others.......why was stated staff member with the scarf miserable to ppl.miserable to ppl!!
Spacious, clean, and neat. The reception guy was kind and accommodating.
Don’t stay here if you want clean and updated , they never made our beds in the 3 days we stayed , the rooms are outdated and the furniture is disgusting, the room keys never work just to name a few!!
