I visit this establishment almost everytime I come to saskatoon. It's the neighborhood pub to where I stay. A convenient place to have a drink.
Great pub. Always has sports on, the staff is accommodating, courteous, and jovial. Great selection on tap, and I have always loved the feel and look of the place. Bring back the comfy chairs by the fireplace! ?
Great place, classic bar. Great bar food with amazing portions. Tuesday night is perogie night and you cannot miss it! Their perogies are bonkers good. Staff is friendly and always helpful.
Terrible service tonight… waited 15 mins before getting up and leaving. Ordered a drink at the bar when we walked in told the bartender we would like to order food and let them know where we would go sit. No one came to get our food order or even acknowledge us even though a table near us kept get cleared and even got a fresh round of drinks. Numerous servers walked by us and made eye contact but kept along to other tables.
I’m so disappointed in this place. Ordered burgers and fries a few days ago and nearly every fry was black inside. Absolutely disgusted. Black rotten fries in both my meal and my mothers.
THE WAITRESS MELISSA-4 was very good... the steak special was full of grizzle .. we told the waitress she told the manager.. he did nothing.. we stayed anothe r round of drink.. she said she would tell him again. still no show.. I would NOT go there again.. bad meal.. go to BUGGYS bar and grill instead.. we had been there many times.. good steak.. we told friends .. GO THERE FOR THE BEST STEAK. not no more.. .. steak was $12.00.... extra charge for fries or salad... burger and beer night is $12.00 that is a better deal.. but I say... go to BUGGYS BAR INSTEAD.
Very friendly and efficient staff/service... excellent food and a nice atmosphereI had the homestyle burger, Very good, not the usual no effort bar burger. The only downside was that the beer on tap was flat, and the bartender made no effort to correct the situation.
This place is fantastic! I haven't been here in years, but we figured we'd check it out again on a whim. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was great, and the food was delicious! We were very impressed and will be back soon!If you are going to review a restaurant, you should at least eat at the restaurant! A large part of Fox & Hounds' appeal is the great service and the cozy atmosphere. You don't get that through skip the dishes!
Went over for the Wednesday special, had a nice evening with my family. The food was good, as was the server. Nice atmosphere without being so loud you can't have a conversion. Worth the visit.
