We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 pecan mudslides then proceeded to the parking lot to eat. Unfortunately all we got was two melted puddles of melted ice cream and a few pecans that when opened - spilled all over my wife's dress coat and the interior of our vehicle. I went back in to get 2 new ones made. Once outside Voila same issue!!! Back in again to get my money back and got "oh sorry." Needless to say we got our money back for the mudslides but they did charge us for the bottle of water we purchased even though it was used to clean the coat and the vehicle!! Disgraceful!!!! Please dont bother to send the canned response that you have sent other unsatisfied customers as customer service is obviously not your priority!
Went there for their chicken Wraps which usually are awesome but somehow they forgot to add the chicken to both. Disappointing. Only reason for 3 stars is the store was very helpful fixing the problem after a phone call.
I got like 10 French fries in my chicken strip basket and was told that’s all they serve with the meal! What a rip! Don’t come here!
Destroyed their toilets with a greasy poo, would definitely destroy again. 10/10

Horrible place for blizzards! They are a watery milkshake, they don't tip it over in front of you anymore for a reason! I have told them 3x thinking that after each visit it would change but not happening. Go elsewhere!

What I ordered took a long time to get. It was the chicken burger. I also ordered a blizzard and a hot fudge sundae. They gave me the ice cream and told me to wait in the parking lot for my food. After waiting 5 minutes, I want back in because the sundae was melted. They need to make the ice cream treats last. Going thru the drive-thru for this chicken item and ordering ice cream treats doesn't work at this location. I have gone to other locations and they make the ice cream treats last.
