Thought I’d give this place a second go as is close to my work . I won’t be back. First of all no communication on items that aren’t available. The lady said “we don’t have that right now” in regards to a mushroom Swiss burger . Alright that’s fine , I asked if they still have hot dogs and was told no . Oh okay that’s fine . I asked for a regular cheese burger and then was impatiently told to choose one patty two or three . When I did they told me the total was 11.50. At the window I was given the machine and not told the price I wasn’t even said hello too .. so I asked the person working rolled there eyes and told me 15 … I paid but I’m shocked that there would be such a discrepancy. I received my food to find my burger squished on the bottom and my poutine upside down .The first experience I had was. When I wanted a blizzard during the second wave of the pandemic , we went to go in to pay and pick up . Doors were locked 45 mins from close that was posted on the sign with no explanation .Lots of other great food establishments that are customer orientated in the area tho.Opa is greaT , Taco Bell, wok, taco time . Doesn’t really seem sincere, doesn’t offer a reach out… won’t be back to this location again because of all of this.
Very poor extremely slow service. Everybody is so concerned about covid but the girl at the till is touching money and then bagging your food right after. Very unhygienic
I guess if you're into cold food this is the place for you. Both my son and my $7 meal deal were extremely cold. Like yesterday cold. And please keep your table tops clean, we had to clean them off with a baby wipe it was full of hair and old food. Pretty gross ? ?
Slowest drive-thru in the history of drive-thrus.. ice cream was prepped and ready 15 mins before my food.. partially melted before I even left..
You would think after waiting in the drive thru for 26 minutes you would be getting fresh food. At no point will you ever get fresh food from here
Good place to eat sanitizer in place burgers were good .got checked for vac which is good we r vaccinated. Very clean.
We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards. The guy at the window took our money and did not confirm our order or anything. Then he tried to hand us a bag? We told him it wasnt our order. So then the manager came and asked what our order was. We told her 3 blizzards. So we underpaid and she asked for the money back but she couldnt tell us what we owed. So she re explained the sitaution. All we needed to know was the difference so we could give back the right amount. Then they handed us our blizzards in a tray. Both my girlfriend and I asked if werent they supposed to tip them upside down? The guy immediately was like I DID. Like no. You handed us a bag of food. Then you handed us a tray of blizzards. Right in front of the manager. You did not tip them. Con artists at this location. Next time I will take the extra time to go to the 22nd st location .
Workers are always short and grumpy with us when ordering. THEY may know the menu inside and out but I go there maybe twice a year. And a smile once I awhile would be nice. I get it. It's not easy work but every day at least try.
This is the worst DQ I have had the misfortune of visiting. USUALLY I have found them ok. If I clean the table with my Clorox wipes they never turn black (picture)! To finish me the sundae came with a blonde hair ? and the bottom of my coffee came with a medium length brown hair!
