Incredibly slow staff and no quality control. The teenagers working here do not care about anything. Minimum 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru, sometimes more like 20 and the blizzards are always melted. The buster bars we just bought were freezer burnt.
Slowest drive thru in Saskatoon. With current gas prices, your order at this location may triple in cost. Beware.
Very slow service and when received order it was incorrect. Product appeared to have been just slapped together disappointed
Food is good but like dang. We ordered and then we were the only ones there and we saw our food sitting on the heating thing. We timed it and it was just over 5 mins until someone noticed and gave us our food that was just sitting there lol. Should try to get the food to the customer quicker than that, especially when its just sitting under the heating plate.
Went around lunch time so they were super busy with people. They worked quickly, and were friendly. Only down side to the place was both the doors to the outside patio are extremely hard to open and get stuck easily.

I waited 15 minutes in the “Drive-Thru” and when I got home I discovered the order was wrong (got a chicken burger instead of a cheeseburger). Either way the burger was cold and my two blizzards were melted and dripping everywhere because I had to sit and wait even longer for onion rings. When I complained to the young man at the window he told me they were very busy because it was lunch and there was a high school across the road. I told him I understood all of that but 15 minutes was too long to wait for fast food and that he should tell his manager they needed more staff at lunch. He admitted there was only one cook. So here’s the question DQ management: why do you only have one cook on at a VERY busy location at the busiest time of the day? Very disappointed in the service at this location and it seems to be getting worse. Don’t leave your young and inexperienced counter/window staff hanging by not having enough back up in the kitchen!
The most disrespectful staff I've ever met, not only was I mocked and utterly disrespected by the young kids at the drive thru. I phoned the manager on duty, and she proceeded to laugh at my claim like a child. Disgusting and disturbing customer service,Will never be returning, poor service ran by immature high school kids who weren't raised properly or taught correct manners. 9:00 pm March 25th 2022
I just tookout 2 blizzard and the guy name evan there i forgot to ask him to put extra cheese cubes in it and just after i paid i asked for it before he go to prepare blizzard and he said leave it and he made it when i came home and tasted it I found out he didn’t even added any cheese cubes and made the worst blizzard i ever had
Never ever have any great experiences here. Always a problem with the absolute rude service. Sent husband to get me the BOGO Blizzard Special, and because I contaminated the coupons with COVID, he took photos of them for everyone’s protection. The gentleman working the drive through was careless and rude. I just want to drive there with COVID and return them. Rude rude rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!
