We went for lunch... Appears they weren't running their lunch pasta bar. Just another couple in there. Our server was friendly and helpful, and the food was great! Fettucine noodles are thicker than your standard store-bought version you make at home as they are made in the restaurant. Great tasting food.

I am not one to complain as I understand things happen But!!!. We were seated and I sat down only to find I sat in something sticky. I think it was red wine vinegar and olive oil. My pants totally ruined. I then ordered veal and I could not cut the veal it was so tough. Not edible. My husband ordered calamari, completely cold. They comped my meal but what about the cost of my pants. I was really disappointed. The owner never even offered to cover the cost of my pants.

The food was AMAZING. I ordered the Lasagna n my food partner had Fettuccine Alfredo. Both meals soooo delicious. They were in middle of renos n the space wasn't in the greatest shape so....4 out of 5..

Worst service ever. Didn’t even get seated. Waited over 25 min just to be acknowledged. We were told abruptly by the owner that he didn’t want to overwhelm his servers when we went to give our name for a table. (Table for 2) the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Literally barely anyone in there. So sad as it was a favourite but will not darken their doors with my presence again. So we went to The Old Spaghetti Factory across the street where we were welcomed and treated amazingly!!!

After ordering we waited for 1h 30m for the kids food. 2 pizza's and one order of fries and chicken strips, all arrived cold. Then 30minutes after that the 4 adults meals showed up. After having to ask for our refill of pops and complaining about the service and food. They took the two pizza's and chicken strips off the bill. I was so mad at this point for waiting 2h for the food I didn't eat my order but still had to pay for it. The sauce was more like a week flavored water and looked more like pasta soup. Free dissert was offered but at this time it was after 8:30pm on a Sunday with young kids and we just wanted to get out of there. The dessert wasn't taken. While we were sitting waiting for our food. the patio heater outside was to close to the window causing it to break right behind my daughters head. Making a load noise and scaring her. The whole experience was horrible. I remember having such a great time here not sure what went wrong. Will not return and hope other not to eat there. They need to reevaluate there kitchen staff and quality of food and service. Woke up this morning still mad about my experience.

Great pasta, great service, great price. My top picks: 4 cheese ravioli, spaghetti squash salad with phylo crusted chicken, and tiramasu!

Lovely environment. Delicious starter bread with butter, oil, and balsamic vinegar. They have various fancy drinks (non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic) and are very generous portions! I usually get the Athena, and I’m never disappointed! Their turtle cheesecake is the best way to end the night. I come here often and the staff always work hard and are very helpful! ?

We received very tasty little buns with a plate of a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar immediately after being seated as well as water without having to ask for it. The menu is quite extensive and allows for a variety of personal preferences. I ordered lasagne and it was a very generous portion and very tasty. For desert we shared a slice of Irish Creme cheesecake that was delicious and again very generous with a very nice presentation with three mounds of whipped cream surrounding it. I will certainly return to the some of the other entrees that caught my eye.

Amazing food, great service, friendly staff. One of my favourite places to go! For the fallout 4 lovers. Diamond city radio plays multiple times a week. It's absolutely thrilling to sing along to some fallout nostalgia! And the homemade pasta is to die for! Always hits the right spot ?

02/20/22 Would love to have a conversation with the new management. Should’ve taken pictures but wanted to get out of there.I’ll start with the pros: bread was steaming and delicious, calamari was good, and pina colada was good (disappointed there’s no more drink of the day special however)CONS: oh boy. Ordered my usual linguine al la granchio, *with creamy parm sauce*, the sauce was soup. Tasted awful. Mind you this has been one of my fav restaurants for years and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I get the same meal every time between my 2 favs so I know how they should look and taste. While I was eating I noticed a HAIR wrapped around one of my noodles. I never even got the chance to tell them and ask for a new dish, the service was so terrible no one checked on us and when they did they ran off before I could say something. Partly my fault for being shy and not saying anything or take a picture, but it was disgusting nonetheless.Took forever to get the bill, saw our waiter standing at the bar talking to a coworker when I went to the bathroom, still there when I came back and still never checked on us until the very end.Very unprofessional and poor service, coming from someone with over 7 years experience in the customer service industry.Looking at other reviews it seems the management pushes the blame onto the staff and the fact they’re new, as well as changes with covid. They need to own up to it. You’re the one training your staff and you’re in charge. Stop blaming your employees and take some responsibility. On a finishing note, they don’t treat their staff well. My friend worked here for less than a month, the manager was stalking her and followed her to her house. I could go into more depth however that’s not my story to share. In conclusion, just don’t go here. Management sucks now and he’s a creep.EDIT: clearly management has an issue with being called out. Very *professional* response. I would love to talk about how you harass, stalk, and assault your employees. I’m sure you’ll be hearing from authorities soon enough.Fun fact: he lives in the restaurant, upstairs in a room with a mattress, which he tried to get my friend (who worked there at the time) to come in to..
