Poor food safe practices, extremely overpriced. Most of their stuff is decent, but nothing worth the price they charge; I’d rather just go buy ice cream at a store, for a LOT cheaper.
Very disappointing. Was looking forward to getting a Saskatoon Berry Frozen Yogurt. After waiting in a long line up, was told there wasn't any Frozen yogurt. There was a "sign" looked liked it was written in pencil at the front of the line stating this, that you couldn't even read. Went with an "old fashioned " strawberry shake instead. Was more like strawberry milk as it had so milk in it.

Pretty much the only place to get ice cream downtown, which makes it both convenient and a bit expensive. It’s iconic though, and they’ve got great milkshakes and hotdogs.
This place does not use gloves when handling your food, watched them handle cash and wrap peoples hotdogs without washing hands. Girls working at the time to busy joking around with each other to be concerned about it ??
Everything was good until my girlfriend found a huge hair in her ice cream. They offered to remake it, but we had no interest in having another ice cream with hair in it. Wouldve appreciated a refund since it was $6, however that was not offered. Will not be returning as they clearly dont take food safety measures or even have their hair up.
Didn’t have same ice cream as on menu, ordered two hot dogs instead which were Barely warm with cold onions. Been awhile since I had been there. Didn’t seem like the workers wanted to be there. Was just talking about how she didn’t get the right list of ice cream the night before and it’s not her problem.
I stopped by today for a cold treat with three of my kids after a hot day playing outside. We had great service, they went above and beyond for one of my kids. Really fabulous service today. I left with 3 very happy sticky kids. The ice cream of course was fabulous!
My boyfriend and I thought we would make it in time when we seen online they closed at 10:30. We showed up at 10:15 and they were closed already. We went up to the window and the girl yelled “we’re closed” and walked away… Either change your hours or close when you say you are. Also, train your staff to be more professional!
