Check your order before leaving the drive-thru. Only about 50% of the time will they get the order correct.
Everytime I stop here during the day the ladies working drive through are ALWAYS friendly and Always polite. The food is always at standard BK expectations. But it was the staff especially today that were just so bubbly and made me realize EVERY TIME I go there, they are bubbly. Thought I’d come give a 5 star review because of the great positive attitudes they have at this location!
The manager came to the window and claimed I was being rude and swearing at his employee when I was not. I was actually talking on the phone with my wife about my own job. They then only gave me part of my order. This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
Good service, lobby is clean. Plexiglass dividers and stainless steel was very dirty / streaky. Try using wonder and Stainless cleaner.
You'd like to say something bad about them, but ultimately, they did a dang good job. Friendly and efficient. Food was good and filling. We did the 2 jr's and a small fry for 5 and we're very satisfied.
Ordered 2 BK fish burgers. Never again will we patronage this location. The fish patties tasted and looked like they were microwave leftovers. Fish was spongy on the inside with hard edges. Buns were flat. Definitely not fresh.If we weren't passing through to our hotel during the late dinner rush and the fact of COVID restrictions and that it was minus 25 we would have thrown out the whole bag and demanded a refund. After trying to salvage some of the meal, mostly fries, we both ended up with a stomach ache for 2 days. Very disappointed.
Burgers and buns a titch dry but overall an excellent experience.Due to covid regulations most fast food seems take-out only in this city; it was the same here during this visit. Shame, it seemed a clean atmosphere, but I totally get it.
Fast and friendly customer service. I feel like some of the workers could be more attentive to their tasks. I also feel like sometimes they are understaffed, maybe they'd benefit from having a few more people on shift, during certain hours.
Friendly staff. Got my order correct and put straws, napkins and ketchup in the bag without me asking!
There are five of us trying to eat breakfast here. We have gone to counter numerous times. The two employees ignore us, hiding in the kitchen. We were not given napkins . Cream. Stir sticks. I am having trouble walking with a cane. A customer brought my order to me. The employees are inconsiderate. At AW the employees bring out orders to us if we are having difficulty. This was a terrible experience today for the 5 of us. Lois
