I hope they ready the deliver faster. Their staffs are nice but whenever I come here to pick-up delivery, they take forever. I wish that they would do something about this because every minutes matters when you deliver. If you ain't fast enough, the skip will also take forever to give you your next order because we deliver too slow, even though it ain't our fault and it's the restaurant faults.
Not recommended for someone with Celiac Disease. They list cross contaminated items as gluten friendly on their menu, so you can't trust it at all. They admitted this to me. They didn't know what the ingredients were in A LOT of their menu items and kept recommending unsafe items. A restaurant that doesn't even know the ingredients they are cooking and serving to people..... that's pathetic.The waitress was great, she cared and did her best. I let her know how much I appreciated her. The management team is at fault. They need to better educate themselves.After 30 minutes of having to get them to check ingredients and finding out most of their items had wheat in them I ended up eating a salad. Even that was a battle because they didn't know salad dressing often contains gluten. The manager even said "I think the dressings are safe, is that good enough? or do you want me to read the ingredients on the box?" Obviously read it pal! I don't really feel like being brutally Ill simply because you are lazy and don't care. Only reason why I stayed is because I had plans after and wouldn't have had time to go somewhere else.I do not like being a bother, and hate eating out because of places like this.
I have an excellent meal here. I had the Southwest Rice bowl and it was delicious. I wish I could make something like this at home! Then to top things off I had the Warm Double Chocolate Brownie for dessert. It was quite delicious, but also large. I would have preferred to juat have half of it, but I was solo so had to eat it all! Would definitely come back here again.
I’ve been to this place several times whether it be for takeout, dine in or skip the dishes and I’ve always had a wonderful experience! Even if something went wrong with the order(which is bound to happen every once in a while in food service) the staff was courteous and kind and helped figure it out as quickly and kindly as possible. The food is delicious, atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is delightful.
My partner and I tried the chocolate brownie dessert. The presentation was very nice, but overall It lacks flavour and it’s also definitely not a brownie. Just a dry cake. I had higher expectations, especially for the price.
Megan was exemplary. She was attentive. Ready with drinks. Our food was prompt and spectacular. Gravy is unique in a very good way.
Good food. Good service and no pressure to leave. A little pricey but worth it.
Food took 45 minutes, manager wouldn’t put the NFL playoffs on after asking twice. He spent his time on expo our entire visit, walked past us several times and was “to busy” to change the channels from the red bull channel to the football game, rather disappointing experience. Clearly guest experience is not his focus.
Great place for lunch specials! Happy hours are also good. Food is great.
Staff and owners are always smiling and ensuring all guests are well taken care of. A great spot for regulars, nice and bright atmosphere.
