Food was mostly cold and when l commented to the waitress, she quickly brought me a new plate of fries which were barely warm! Not what you would expect for the price...
Great selection of food including vegetarian and gluten free options which we need. Large portions, great service, staff and management know customer service, always a good experience. Restarant side for families, lounge side / sports bar for an evening out with friends. The go to place in our neighborhood!
Always really great service and food, we order often. But this review is specifically coming to give major shout out to a lovely gal named Olivia who is on shift tonight and taking phone calls (April 2nd at 4:45pm).There was a huge order so delivery was shut down, and Olivia was very helpful in going above and beyond to make sure another location would ensure we got a delivery even though we may be too far for them (we are 5 mins from Herold Rd).Chaos ensued on my part, accidentally placing an order online anyways for Herold, which prompted a 3rd phone call and having her run to the kitchen AGAIN for me.She was SO SWEET and beyond lovely the whole entire time despite me absolutely being an annoying customer this evening. So appreciated and a little light in my very busy, hungry day! Thank you!!
Hostess was great. Waitress was amazing! The young lady who brought out the kid's dessert was awesome. All three spent time talking to the kids and were interested in what the toddler had to say The food was out quickly and hot. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Service was excellent. Had the honey dill chicken sandwich. Very tasty. My wife had the jalapeño popper dip. Very good. With the cactus cut chips it has a bit of bite.
