Good family restaurant experience. Kids' meals have optional upgrades, like cheeseburger and oreo milkshake. Pasta Tuesday is a good deal - any of the gourmet pastas for $13.99. Lots of fancy drink options for the adults, too.
Last visit Waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged in our seats, table next to us had an order taken, left. Best meal I've ever had at this location is mediocre, other choices with way better overall customer experiences available all over the north end. Disappointed enough times at this location that'll if we want Boston Pizza we'll just go to one of the other locations.
A huge one star for the service, we had to ask for water, we had to ask for salt and pepper, I had to ask for the gravy I ordered, we had to ask for cutlery! Not once did our server ask how was our meal, she never came to ask if we needed anything, never refilled our water, we had to get her attention every time. I did complain to the manager and have to say I was quite pleased when I went to pay and she comped our order, totally wasn’t expecting that! Definitely 5 stars on the food, and 5 stars on the politeness of the manager. The food was delicious!
Im giving this a 5 star. The food was mediocre. However, we had a server who was named Tom. Probably the best experience with a server I've had. He fulfilled his duties and he connected and made us feel comfortable. My 5 year old is still talking about the "nice man at the resteraunt"Thank you, Tom!
This BPs was absolutely amazing, our waiter Tom L was one of the best people I have ever met. He was very funny, friendly. He also took the time to tell us about his life. The world needs more people like him ?thank you Tom ? keep up the good work you rock
Would not eat here again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waitress was seen maybe 3-4 times and we had to leave the table to find her when there was only us and another table. I ordered 2 drinks and they both weren't made correctly bartender needs some education. I asked for no onions or cilantro on my food which it came with both... never again.
It was ok. I had stopped in for a quick bite between work.Ordered steak, mashed, veg and a, side salad.Salad had slimy cucumbers, steak wasn't seasoned, mashed potatoes had chunks of under cooked potatoes, and seasonal veg was steamed broccoli which had grey and rusty coloured ends. Plus I was charged twice for a drink that should have had free refillsI didn't have time to speak with management as I had to rush out. Over all, not the best bps in the city.

I’m pretty disappointed with this BP. We waited 20-25 minutes for someone to take our order, which is rude since someone walked in after the fact and they took their order right away while we were still waiting. They messed up our drinks and some food came out cold. I asked for a water when they dropped off our food and the waitress didn’t even bring it or come until it was ready to pay! It wasn’t a busy day either, just plain rude service IMO. Judging from the reviews from this certain BP’s I’m assuming it’s a ongoing issue and we won’t be returning to this one on 51st.
