it should not take 20 min to make a smoothie. This guy was on his phone while 3 other people were waiting for orders. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
Perpetually understaffed and poorly managed. Staff working are nice and friendly and doing their absolute best, but it's ridiculous that I have to wait up to 20 minutes on my brief lunch break to get a smoothie. Please help the staff out.
The staff seem to not want to talk to people and it feels like ordering is an inconvenience for them. But the smoothies are soooo good.

This is how your employees treat your customers
Tried going to the Broadway location 2x now in the past 30 days.First time we went- online says they are open until 8 pm, but the door said until 7 pm on weekdays. It was 6:57 pm , lights were on and a female worker, but she said they were closed.Went on Monday, Oct 18, 2021 at 6:53 p.m the lights were off, door was locked.Won't be attempting a third time.Hours should be updated to be closed at 6:30 pm probably if this is the last time you can come in for service.
No complaints about the product or staff, just, please update your Sunday hours online, please. Went a couple times in the last couple months around 4-5 and it was closed both times... with online saying it's open until 6pm on Sundays.
Nicely located, drinks were made to order, but staff seemed not to care much for the customers.
