Guy didn't even acknowledge me at the till. Just stared stupidly with a mask on. Then when I got my drink was hardly filled 3/4 of the way. Saved the rest for himself I'm sure

Emma at Preston crossing location has the worst hygiene. How hard is it to shower once in awhile especially when you're handling the food and smoothies. Yucky

Usually I have a great experience at this location but unfortunately there was an extremely unpleasant girl working tonight. She was rude and seemed like she hates her job. I ordered a quesadilla and she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard me or say anything. I assumed she had and proceeded with my order. After slamming my booster juice in the counter she proceeded to head to the back to do dishes. I asked if my quesadilla was coming and she throws open the grill says “it’s in there. It had to cook for 3 mins or it raw. I can give it to you now if you want.” I was thrown back by her rudeness and slamming of the grilled so I declined her offer to serve me raw food. When it was done, no thank you or even a napkin. She went back to slamming dishes around. Worst experience ever!!! If you don’t like your job just quit and find a new one. No need to abuse the customers.

Friday April 16 at 7:30pm I came into the store to get a snack size matcha monsoon. The girl working did not acknowledge me coming into the store and continued to ignore me while she was writing out tasks from the closing checklist at the front til. Once she was done, she didn't apologize for the wait, which was long and awkward as I was standing right in front of her. I gave her my order and specifically asked for the matcha monsoon to be made thick. What I recieved was the equivalent of a cup of almond milk with a hint of match and some floating chunks of vanilla frozen yogurt. As someone who worked at a booster juice for 5 years through high school and my first couple of years of college, I have never seen someone show so much incompetence at making a smoothie nor lack of care for a customer's requests. There are no excuses for her behaviour or poor quality and it's disappointing to see someone like her representing a company that I enjoyed working for for so many years.
LemonBerry needs to stick around all year long. The lady working there was mean to me I don’t know why but the smoothies make it worth-while it’s a good protein fix on a hot day. The protein booster balls are a nice little sweet fix also so the menu is GREAT but the tanned lady needs to CHILL(NO Pun) out and enjoy the nice and cool healthy atmosphere !!!

The younger lady who was working today ( Jan 3rd Sunday 5pm) was extremely friendly and she represents the store with class. Thumbs up to you guys at this location.
