Went to Birminghams on May 4, 2022 at around 4:30. Had supper around 5. Got food poisoning that night ended up being very sick for 2 days. Had Campylobacter infection. Called Birmingham’s may 5, 2022 and talked to manager and she was very sorry and that her boss was gunna call me back. Haven’t heard nothing. ??

Food, drinks and the staff are great
Decided to have a late supper and our go-to place is Birmingham's. It was so oily and over-seasoned, we couldn't enjoy it. Left most of the meal and will find another go-to supper place. This is the third bad experience in a row. Rated a two as the appys was the only good part of the meal.
Unfortunately forgot to take photos, but was impressed on my first visit. I ordered the Long Smoke Burger, I believe (without the vodka sauce) and it was delicious! I will be back to eat that burger again.The atmosphere is also very neat, which is always great when you’re trying someplace new. The chandelier-style centre piece above the bar sparked some conversation between my friend and I.Does it lower from the celling? Are those bottles of vodka? How’d you come up with the idea? Not knowing these answers made it even more entertaining.Well done, Birmingham’s. Well done.
I loved the food, ambiance, service, and experience.
Super disappointed. We have been there in person twice in the past. The first time we were not even acknowledged my any staff until sitting for 20 minutes, the service was super slow and over all disappointing. The second time, basically the same thing. I figured we would give them a chance to redeem themselves and order a pick up order. My husband goes to pick it up at the scheduled time and they don’t have an order for us. Definitely will not be going back and do not recommend. So disappointed as we were really exciting for a location to be closer to us, but will definitely not be supporting them anymore.
Terrible service. Ordered delivery - taking over 2 hours to arrive. Called once, said it was out for delivery. Turns out that was a lie. Called 45 minutes later... and was told that it just left (again) Eventually got it, but missing half the order. Update - after calling three times and contacting Foodex, a refund was offered (still pending).
Great atmosphere, great service and AMAZING FOOD. ? 5/5 everytime! Quality food no matter if it's dine in or take away!
Came here for wing night Wednesday and we weren't disappointed. Great food and drinks. Lots of different flavors for wings and ribs and lots of delicious food. I highly suggest anyone to come here for a good time of food, friends and sports.
