Everything was wet and tasteless.Chicken was like rubber and the portion size from the regular to the large were the exact same.Customer services wasn't great, slow and not bothered by the issues that they were informed about. Disappointing.
Had the regular jerk chicken burrito and it was satisfying delicious. Staff was very friendly and although they did not have any green salsa on hand at the time that did not diminish my experience whatsoever, every time I bit into the burrito was a burst of flavor from the fresh ingredients with a tinge of heat.
Was there for a quick snack. Had the middle sized burrito. I think its a little bit pricey but on the other hand it was a really good sized burrito. Tasted very good. Staff is friendly.
I work nearby and come for lunch every shift! The employees are always super helpful and happy to serve. Great food too!
Just got a burrito bowl, amazing customer service. Bravo. Guy recommended my sauces. I dont remember his name, He was a White guy, tall i guess, he helped me alot. Thanks buddy
No rice, no queso, no dip for churro, no sauce, tortilla not cooked. Fries undercooked. Whole meal inedible. If you didn't want orders so close to close that it effects quality then fix your skip settings. You could have also rejected the order. On you, not me. Settled with Skip for 90% of subtotal. Leaving this up because this is ALL on Barburrito Preston.
Was very excited to try this place, upon arrival was a nice atomp sphere.There was 2 people in front of us so didn't wait too long to order, which similar to subway but for burritos and tacos.The guy in front of makes his order, BARista makes his order in front of us, bags his order, goes to till, Pushes numbers on iPad. Grabs his drink, then comes to take our order, when it comes to the topping I stopped her and asked "can you change your gloves?, you touched the order in front of us along with the til and didn't even change your gloves?"I mean she changed her gloves, but not after giving me an annoyed look, and a roll with her eyes. I loved barBurrito and my tacos but won't be returning to this place, I'll stick with barBurrito on 8th street.
The burrito bowl that I ordered was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the customer service was great. Overall I had an amazing experience!

Customer service was so great! The man taking our order was so polite and knew the menu very well, food was delicious and he even wrote a thank you on top of the to go box! Definitely recommend. They should really make a tip option on their debit machine as we didn’t have any cash on hand :/
