Ordered thru Skip the Dish at 4 pm Asian restaurant confirmed order with delivery between 530 and 601. Called at 6 to see how much longer and was told the order was out for delivery. Called again at 625 and was then informed they forgot to make it!!!!! Terrible service and I have no idea what it tastes like as order never received
Good food, told delivery 45 min, received in 30. Will order from them again.
Moved to the Sutherland area and searched for some Chinese food nearby. Wow, this is a hidden gem
Used to order here plenty of times before as we genuinely enjoyed their food. However I don't know if we will be ordering from them again. We called ahead of time at 1:00pm to place an order for delivery at 6:30pm. Food never came by 8:15pm and meanwhile we were calling back multiple times to inquire about the food delivery status and they kept telling us it "went out awhile ago". Ended up cancelling the order since the food never came and a large group of people were getting hangry.
Will not order from here again. Gave me an estimated time of delivery within a 30 minute window, never delivered within that time. Called to ask what was going on and they said it was out for delivery. 40 minutes after I called about where it was, still did not arrives. Over 2 hours since order was placed that food did not arrive.
Girlfriend had to cancel order and they were so rude. She had mistakenly placed the order. Called 10 mins later, apologized profusely just to get hung up on.Do not recommend. ?
Most of the items we ordered were great. The ginger beef is sweet and amazing. The Shanghai noodles and black bean chicken also yummy! The spring rolls were not the best- too fat and porky
We loved the food here but the quality has declined considerably and we will no longer order food from here.
