It is a bit expensive but they definitely make up for it with their great tasting food. I’ve tried everything on the menu and I can confidently say it’s all delicious and worth the money. The restaurant is very nice and clean with big beautiful windows looking over Broadway, the patio is nice during the summer, and the staff are super friendly! They also accommodate for low-carb diets with lettuce wraps! My favourite place to go to for a burger.
Honestly.. I don't get the hype.The food was good maybe a bit small.We had Two burgers, a dog, fries, onion rings and two drinks a little over 50 bucks and I left hungry.They were out of all the chicken meals which is fine but we looked at the wall menu for a solid 5 minutes while the kid at the till watched us.. maybe a "heads up guys we are out of chicken today"? Maybe I expect too much ?The team at the counter seemed Like they didn't really want us there .. not bad service per se but maybe just that they were having fun until we made them work.
Burger was thin, tasteless. Overpriced for what you get.
It was okay. Nothing special, and quite underwhelming. While the patty was seasoned nicely and cooked well, everything else fell short.Service took quite a while for how slow it was when we arrived. And the prices were surprising for just how truly plain our meal was.Not sure if I'll make a return trip, it's not going to be on my mind any time soon.
Gone way downhill, in need of quality control as food is inconsistent. The burgers and fries here used to be really good. I ordered the bacon cheese with crispy onions which is an extra $1. Not worth it at all; ‘crispy’ onions were actually freezing cold and soggy. As you can see in the photo it was thrown together and the bacon is over cooked.We ordered 2 burgers and both patties contained spots all over that were HEAVILY oversalted. The patties are also a lot smaller than I remember.The fries used to be different also. They used to be better now they’re like any other place. We came on a Sunday and the wait for 2 burgers and fries was around 30 minutes with only two workers. The food has completely changed.Won’t be back unless it improves.
I frequent this location quite a bit and usually it's amazing and the staff is on point. Today I tipped 20% on pickup and proceeded to watch half of my order sit there for 10 minutes while the other half was being made. I asked the staff if my sandwiches cold and I got a ton of attitude back and sloughed off while they laughed at my comments while I walked out.Clear example of a quality concept ruined by inexperienced, rude staff.
Dirty tables, had to ask to have them cleaned off and the young girl cleaned 5 tables with a cloth that seemed to be dry and a spray bottle.when she was done you could still see the rings on the table from the cup. Waited for our food and it was not really even warm.Will I go back there? NoLots of other places I can get a burger/fries for two for 31.00 that's at least warm and the tables are cleaned regularly and properly.
Had a double cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger fries and a salad. Burgers were better than average. Actually prefer them over some other franchise places. Fries were tasty. Salad was disappointing ….adding a few veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers would have made a huge difference.The only real negative here was the casual heath/safety practices. The guy manning the till was the most health conscious by sanitizing and changing gloves periodically. The guy assembling the burgers didn’t have an apron on, no gloves, didn’t sanitize once and kept wiping his hands to his shirt and jeans. The girl packaging everything wore one glove and used that hand too touch everything? Like I said , aside from the poor health safety practices, the food, portions and cost were better than average.
Burger was pretty good, onion rings were over cooked and barely filled half the bag when I noticed others were filled. The milkshake came from a machine, more like a milk slurpee then a milkshake. If I eat here again I would just get the burger.
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I've eaten here a few times and wouldn't hesitate to go again. My daughter is vegetarian and loves their vegetarian options. I've tried them as well and would order the vegetarian option myself! Definitely give Ace Burger a try!
