Good service and friendly staff. Delicious fresh teen burger and onion rings. And you can't beat an A & W root beer in a glass mug!
At entrance they gave my one kiddo a lollipop w/o my permission. I had to ask one more for my other kid to avoid fight. That resultant into my kids not finishing up the meal which usually they do.Then during dine in I prefer my root bear always in mug. The server without knowing my preference gave me disposable cup. That was annoying. Then in middle of our visit I hear manager arguing with somebody about coffee cups. Oh my God. Like with everybody! Not enjoyed my visit
I went to A & W with my husband. We ordered beyond meat burger and sweet potato fries with Coca-Cola...it was so yummy ? we enjoyed the food
Typical ambiance in an A&W restaurant, nothing fancy. Simple, clean place for a quick breakfast.
Went in for breakfast around 9:30-955am. The food was amazing and the service was great. However one of your staff who’s a young woman with nasty dirty long gel nails has absolutely no manners, and needs to work on her attitude. She was glaring at me, and other customers. Making rude faces, and overall was acting like she didn’t wanna be there. I ignored her nasty energy, and kept looking away. However I didn’t get napkins when another nice woman dropped off my food, so I went to the counter to ask for napkins and she rolled her eyes, threw them on the counter and turned around when I was in the middle of saying “thank you”. Her attitude was nasty and definitely ruined my a&w visit.
I am disappointed in this place. I went through the drive thru for a quick drink Asked for 2 large rootbeer. They only serve medium and they were $5.97! There was one car in front of me. The car in front waited a very long time to be served at the only service window. Then it was our turn. We got to the window and noticed a disgusting amount of garbage just under the window. Also our pops were made and waiting but the three employees inside were very far from the window and chatting together and with a customer. I made eye contact with one of them 3 times but was ignored. The person with the microphone who should have been servicing the drive-thru window was very far from it and did not look at us even once. The 3 of them just kept chatting and ignoring us. Luckily we did not order food. I just drove away. I went across the street to Mcdonalds. There was three cars ahead of me. I ordered large rootbeer and was charged only $5.18 for 2 large and was in and out in 3 minutes. This restaurant has lost my business forever. The reason I did not order food is they are notoriously slow at getting it to you but 2 pops should have been easy. Absolutely unimpressed! This place should have received zero stars.
I like the effort of the reducing the one time cup and packaging. Staff always friendly, orders are exactly what we ordered with kids. When we were leaving we asked for the cup and they still us but we used glass cups and hoped to finish but could. Anyways good location. :)
Always love A & W great burgers..& now the Onion Rings.coating seems to stay on the Onion.& not fall off before you get them thanks A & W ❤❤
Very good coffee was great breakfast came out on time everything was good graduation to the congratulations to the good hard working people there you're doing a great job
Shifters Car Club enjoyed meeting on Saturday nights there. Cannot beat their Onion Rings, their Root Beer. Refills ! Now they have an extensive Drink Menu. Employees constantly wear new T Shirts, Cheerful , Attractive, Charitable. Always a great atmosphere there on 8th st.
