I just visited A & W (Market Mall location) and I am extremely happy with the service provided to us. Around 2 pm, I was in A & W line up and just saw a girl wearing tie working really hard and smart. I think she was the only person who was working at that time. So, she was taking and making the orders at the same time. I got really impressed because she was so calm and she was giving exceptional customer service during the busy time as well. When I was giving the order, she guided me with the menu which helped me to decide the perfect lunch for me and my kid. Moreover, the food was really delicious and fresh which made my day. Before leaving the food court, I went up to her to appreciate her and I also asked her name so that I can make sure that she gets the appreciation from A & W for all the exceptional work she was doing. Her name is Jasleen and she is such a sweet heart. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family as well. ?
Order two teens burgers and two orders of 3 chicken straps and it came up to 31 dollars, it wasn't even the full meals two. Dont eat here its to expensive and not even good.
Very rude front of house workers! As this restaurant is in a mall I walked up to the order side and had to wait for the cashier to stop playing on her phone and then just look at me for a while before even walking over to the till. Then she proceeded to be very rude as taking my order making me wish I went somewhere else with my business.
Chicken burger was kinda bland. Would be nice to have a tomato slice on there .
Very salty burgers I order and told them not to salt the burger and felt the made sure I had salty burger did not finish it but when I took it up they were not going to anything cause I already took a bite

Had the Beyond meat burger. Was on sale for almost 50% off. As usual was delicious and served without delay.
I am so disappointed. I went to eat breakfast, before work, only to find my Toast was moldy. like how do you guys store your food? Do they even check for expiration dates or the fact that your product is visibly becoming moldy.
