After a 10 hour day of driving we(family of 4)wanted a Hassel free commute to a meal so we wandered downstairs at the double tree regina and dined at the sage. We looked at the mixed bag of prior reviews and went in with moderate expectations. I can tell you, the poor reviews are wrong. The food.... Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork, Fish n Chips, spaghetti bolognaise and wings were really really good. Very fresh tasting with educated and well executed seasoning and flavour choices. In-house hotel restaurants sometimes miss the mark. This one does not. It's great and comfortable with super friendly and attentive staff. You won't be disappointed.

This place is the best. The food is fantastic, the servers are excellent and the look of the place is very nice. The breakfast was among the best i have had at a hotel. I will stay at this hotel from now on just for the food.

The food was amazing! My steak was done to perfection, the potatoes were creamy, the peppercorn sauce had the right amount heat...veggies were fresh!Highly recommend you stop in and support this quaint restaurant masterfully lit, located in the Hilton Hotel.

The wings are nice and crispy, served with 3 dipping sauces. The cocktails were delicious. Servers are very attentive and the atmosphere is relaxing.
