I just had an order delivered, as I started to eat the poutine , after the second fork full I found hair in it, the cheese was actually throughout the hair. I was disgusted and gagging on what I found. I called Westos to let them know what I found and the young lady was very nice on the phone, and she asked Are you serious? The boss was taking no responsibility that this could have happened there, he said the cook was bald, I tried to explain that the cheese was all over the hair, and that the hair wasn't even my color. The young lady offered an apology as well as $2.00 off of my next order, but after finding hair in my food, I told her I wouldn't likely ever be back.(I don't know where the hair came from but it wasn't me, the rest of the poutine went to the garbage, I'm so disappointed and disgusted.)
I'm still waiting for an order. Slowest delivery I've ever witnessed. Ordered at 5:58pm it is now 7:07pm. Two 12" pizzas, dry ribs, chicken fingers, and a Greek salad. I don't know how your service worked, but every other place has a good guarantee and doesn't make you wait and deliver and make you eat cold food. If I knew the service was garbage I would've picked up. Will never order DELIVERY from here ever again.
It took over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered and the food was cold like they left it in there car for a half hour. I live 5 minutes a away there is absolutely no reason for it to take that long
Place is great, I wish I could go there more often. I love the 2 for 1 price of pizza and pastas. The steak is really good, and the service is good. It is a great place for the whole family to go.
Pizza was cold when it arrived was an hour and a half for delivery hardly any toppings and no sauce

Great food, quiet atmosphere. Flavours were great. Gravy not top shelf but still okay. Would definitely go back again. We recommend this location. Added a take out menu for reference in future.
Can't best this place for there steak. Fantastic price. Great and friendly service always. Very inexpensive and a great place to take your family.
