Stopped in here on our way to Vancouver and I can confidently say this is the BEST Tims I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly!!! It is also super clean, fast and honestly was the best bagel BELT I’ve ever had. :)
Go there for my lunch break everyday. Almost if not always get coffee that taste burnt or old so I have to get a caramel shot to compensate for that taste. Closing shift gives okay service but the opening crew is beyond terrible. None of them seem like they care about anything. I get very rushed and the one time the girl said “don’t tell me how to make my food” after I politely asked if my food is being made after waiting 10-15 minutes.One time I didn’t get my potato wedges and when I asked for them the same lady that is always rude made them for me but when she gave me them she said next time I want food I have to pay for it. I said I did and she looked on the screen and was like oh yeah you did and walked away. No apology or anything so I hardly ever go inside or there anymore
I ordered coffee at the take out drive thru window and management of Tim Hortons would not honor my Indian Status card for tax exempt. I am disabled and was told only the inside cashier til would take the tax exempt off. The manager at this location is really rude and no customer service experience at all. He told me that the tax exempt doesn't apply for the drive thru. This is against the law. He told me that I could take it up and complain to Sakimay First Nation.
Inconsistent service, whoever makes the food at this location at lunch makes the worst food… why everyday I have to remake my already made sandwich … lettuce is always brown, bread is always burnt and tomatoes are always yellow?If I was this location I would fire the lady sandwich maker… she’s always rude and always grouchy, I hope she finds a job she loves. Giving a two star because most of the employees make me want to come back, just not for food until that woman is gone.

Went inside to order and was going to get some donuts. Well good thing I went I there because they have a small shelfing area for donuts, tidbits and what not, and inside were over a dozen flies having a field day on all that sugar. Nasty as F---
