No soap in the toilet. Food is good.
This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in Regina. There is no consistency, they just try to get rid of customers as quickly as they can compromising the quality of the product and ruining the brand name. Its high time, the owners step into the daily operations.
The worst staff ever after repeating several times my order still got wrong order. Very bad customer service. Management should improve staff behaviour and rude service
Terrible service. I wanted 3 of every muffin to bring to the boys at work, and they told me they couldn’t do that. What a way to turn down business. Will never be back.
I've had the last 4 times where I've asked for strawberry cream cheese and gotten plain. As well as my drink has been half an inch below the rim. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm now down and going to another tims even though it's a further drive.
Drive thu took almost 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. Tims Coffee sucks but I was in a hurry and needed a cup. Mistakes were made. 2 stars because my daughter enjoyed her Boston cream donut, the only redeeming quality of the visit
This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any restaurant. It was early morning and I simply asked if coffee was fresh, or step tea was fresh. I would have taken the fresher beverage. Then I asked if they had muffin and if muffins were fresh. Navjot was annoyed with me. I thought I’ll go somewhere else because of her behaviour, but my wife said it will be unkind to a person taking order. So, I placed minimal order, just a medium coffee and decided to buy rest of the foods from McDonald’s. while taking the food, I told her sorry madam, looks like you’re annoyed. She replied, “yes, because you’re asking a lot of questions and I have a lot of things to do”!!! So, I said, “That’s very bad customer service”. She said, “I’ll take that as a compliment, we are serving our customers well”. Horrible, Horrific and Disgusting customer service.
Asked for craveable cripsy CHICKEN sandwich and they gave me beef patty in it. I don’t eat beef so had to toss the sandwich in trash. Waste of money and time. Never going back there
Very disappointing, the old Tim Hortons had very good coffee and excellent donuts, not anymore, the coffee is run of the mill that you can get anywhere, they used to make fresh breakfast sandwiches that were delicious, now it is pulled from warming trays and tastes like garbage. What happened? You had an appeal that was second to none now you are no better than a Burger King only you have second rate donuts, none of it worth the prices that you are changing
I have been here 25 minutes for a cup of.coffee.I pulled off to the side of the drive through when I gave up that anyone was going to take my order. We went inside to get coffee instead, and found the issue was not relegated only to the drive through.
