Would give it 0 stars if I could. Staff is rude every time I go there& they charge me wrong& refuse to compromise& claims it’s “standards” even though they are the only Tim’s that charges that specific way. Will not be going back.
We told them their screen was broken in the drive through and then they said we were wasting their time and revised to sell us anything. We didn’t do anything we were there for a total of 30 seconds before he said we were wasting his time and to leave.
Me and my friends went through the drive through and the screen broke so we tried telling the worker but he just told us to leave for “wasting his time”
Getting free coffee from hockey game is sometimes painful. Can't do drive thru for 2 people with 2 different phones with points to utilize. Even when specified that 2 orders for this 1 car. Fix the system!
Another home run for a work meeting as the coffee was fresh, hot and the building was clean and warm
The staff at this location are the best team in the city. They know what they are doing, and they give the best service in town. I can’t complain about the people who serve here. I’m happy they can put up with me too!! ;) lol
Prefer to go inside. But it's always cold inside.Other then that.Always get get great, fast friendly service
The restaurant serves better when inside as most of the time I have been there, the drive thru is always busy and so crowded. Love the way staff treats the customers, and also serve faster than any other outlet of Tim Hortons in Regina.
A 0ne srar is mostly too high we go there 2 times a day and they get our order wrong every time only reason we go there is it is close to ore place of employment.
Kitchen was closed at 8:30pm with no given reason why.Coffee is usually fine though.
