Sorry to say that I have 3 Tim's near me and none of them is up to par anymore. Run out of the healthier option, Harvest patty, earlier and earlier. Keep changing their story on what time breakfast is served until. One of them hasn't got my order right in the last 5 tries. I find the staff at the window are always distracted by what everyone else is saying and doing, to actually provide good service to their customers. How do you get 1 when you ordered 2 and 3 when you said 1? Makes me sad.
My daughter loves this place because we don't have one where we live. I thought it was ok but nothing soecial. Kinda reminded me of a Starbucks McDonalds combo kinda... I think that is the point?
Not a good Customer service sooo mean and rude ! I went there in evening and there was a supervisor name satvindar barar so i was just ordering and i said i want warp so he was like it’s expensive and you can’t afford it ! Also he was laughing at me when I ordered !
The drive through needs to change somehow because the 4 wheelers always gets in the way of semi's way when they need to back into the doors of Pratts.....they will get hit and its not the truckers fault, it's their fault for being hit
Awful client service. Awful food handling, especially when it comes to the drive through. They will mess up your order, put unwrapped items into your paper bag and be rude to you when you try and complain. The quality of food is the worse of any Tim’s I have ever been to. Avoid this branch if possible.
I'm as Canadian as Timmies, and this one store ticks all my boxes. The lines are not very long though the drive thru but when they are, response is just as fast when you go in through the doors. Their doughnuts and timbits are fresh too. Definitely recommend ?
Always always check for offers on the app! Good selection of breakfast, lunch menu. Muffins to bagels, wraps to sandwiches. Not a coffee drinker so can't comment on it but like their Ice Capp, refresher drinks, hot tea, london fogs.
Usually pretty damn fast at doing there jobs compared to other Tims.
At 3:30 AM on 30th March I asked for a triple triple hot coffee, the guy serving has some kind of issue . He was not polite at all when I greeted him, and I was served coffee almost cold. Generally I have no complaints with the Tim Hortons at Park Street and it’s my regular place to have coffee , but this time I felt my money is wasted. My suggestion to the guys, if you are taking up a job, please put your heart into it , and please improve your skills in dealing with people..
All most every single time I have got myself an iced coffee, an iced cap, or anything that involves using a straw they won't give me one unless I ask for one myself, never use to be like that. I have also got moldy milk and two breakfast sandwiches completely forgot about and when I go to call Tim hortons back, 100 percent of the time, won't answer the phone. Come one! I could run that place better by myself!.
