I got to the drive-through nobody there I went inside weat there for 5 minutes and then I got a poor service I ordered 2 long john's I only got one I ordered a Creamy shells with no topping and then they put a big pile on it
People taking orders are so rude and always asking thats everything even if we have to place orders moreover they dont have enough food to sell no potato wedges and chicken sandwich. They should be more polite
The donuts and muffins are probably one of my favourite things to order here - the strawberry cheesecake muffin is one of my favourites.
I ordered online on March 14 around 1am from this store and they didn’t have some items from my order but still they accepted my order and started preparing it. After a while they call me and tell me they don’t have some items so I asked them if they can replace it with something else and they said they don’t have anything to replace those items. My anger is towards those dumb employees who accept the order at first place without checking if they have everything in stock or not. And if they don’t have it they must mention in their website so customer don't order that. Moreover, because they accepted my and started preparing it the food service company (DoorDash) is not refunding my money because the restaurant already started making my order.
Slowest Drive thru ever. Takes you from 5-20mins wait. Specially at night time. It seems like it’s better to go inside. Service is good though. Friendly staff.
No vax cards or masks by monday. Tims should be giving free coffee out.
My grandparents always get coffee and muffins here in the wee hours of the morning, and they’re always blown away by the service. Thank you for going the extra mile and making their day! Our paper route is ending soon, but know you made a difference!
Purchased a turkey Bacon club sandwich from here this evening and was easily the best food I've ever gotten at a Tim Hortons in my life tomatoes so juicy they squirted all over my phone lolAbsolutely phenomenal ty
The clerk never put napkins in the bag, or asked if I needed ketchup. When I went to ask for a napkin, no one acknowledged me standing by the till. They didn’t have the crispy chicken wrap, so I had the slow cooked one. Barely grilled, barely hot. The only reason I went to Tim’s is because I had a gift card. Won’t be back. Seems the menu’s too large for good service, staff are poorly trained with customer service. Everything is obviously frozen and re-heated. I can get that at home.
