I ordered a Refrito Bean for lunch today. The only thing in it was bean paste and maybe some cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no sour cream...just bean paste. $11.53 for bean paste. I ate a less then a third of it and had to throw it away.
Went there for lunch yesterday and ordered my favourite chicken quesadilla combo and love the new real tasty chicken. The staff there are great always laughing and making sure we are getting taken care of. Will always come back.
Service 5 stars, food 4.5 stars(seems to me they are putting less beef in). Reason for 3 stars....well the sauce for me a very important part of taco time...the prepackaged sauce is a watered down version of what was in the squeeze bottle...I get it...'one less pickle in the jar' increases profit....but c'mon...the sauce is your signature! Probably a corporate thing and not the fault of this location.
Our first time going and our little family was disappointed. The dude behind the counter was unprofessional and 1 of his employees looked like she was ready to quit on the spot from his temper. Our food was not tasty at all. Half our order wasn't eaten. Save your money & coupons lol
I go there almost every Tuesday for taco Tuesday. Fast and fresh every time and service with a smile!
Tonight went to taco time and I was so upset with the workers. Went in there at 9:40pm and when we walked in I said hello to the lady cleaning floors and I could tell she was not happy with us because they were closing in 20 mins and she did not even st hi back. Then me and my family ordered and they messed up on our order and we told them there was not sour cream on our tacos and they said yes there is as our tacos was on there counter open up for like 5 mins and she said we put it on them and my wife well we’re is it as they looked also I wanted a big taco and they gave me a small on and I said to them at The teal dine in so we’re eating in then they gave us our order in a bag. I could tell they were not happy with us there at all also they were not happy when I told them to make me new tacos because there cold now because they been sitting on counter for 5 mins unwrapped then with the Mexi fries we asked for two large ones they gave us one large one and one medium one then they stood there and argued with us and said we ordered one medium one and one large one as I told them No that’s not what we said. Unreal this place needs to fined someone people that are not there for the pay check but there for the customers because we pay there wages. Also I do not care if I come in there at 20 mins to 10pm I want to be treated like a customer. If I could give 0 stars I would I do not recommend this place at all Poor customer service.
April 9th, 4:15pm, Rochdale location:I have been a long time patron of this restaurant, since before they moved locations from Avonhurst, for over 25 years. I eat there a fair amount, and decided to grab one of my old favorites, the Soft Meat/Beef Burrito. Tons of beef, cheese, and enchilada sauce. I was given a soft beef taco, and when I got home, I phoned in to report the error (I loathe sour cream). Apparently that product changed names in the last while to 'Beef & Cheese Burrito'... and the manager refused to exchange my uneaten taco, for the proper one. As a former manager, sometimes its good to extend some goodwill to a long time customer over such an understandable mistake. For the cost of 1 burrito you could have kept me as a customer.
We came in to place an order for 7 people . ( take out) Our order was a big one !We didn’t have to wait very long . And when we got back to our air BB , nothing was missing ! Quick and tasty !
Fast friendly service, food is delicious !!Management is all about customer service and good to there staff!
We look forward to Taco Tuesdays!! A long line but well worth the wait.
