clean and quiet place there's usually no one inside so if you're alone it's pretty nice . friendly people and pretty good sandwiches
Did my first order through the app and it was almost seamless, there wasn't the option to put pineapple on, but I added it in the comments and they pulled through. This was after 9PM and the Italian herb & cheese bread was still tasting fresh af.I don't know if it's just me, but Subway subs always seem to have the meat placed on the "hinge" of the bun, so when folded closed, it tends to leave all the meat on the hinge side and the veggies on the open side. When taking bites you're basically left with vegan bites and meat lover bites, which has it's benefits I guess. But I'm going to start requesting neat meat from now on.I might have spiraled down to 4 stars for this review, but it was a coupon purchase, buy a FTL & drink and get a $0.99 FTL, smoking deal every damn time.
Been here a bunch. 2/3rds of the staff have no social skills. Whether its sweeping up the floor around people still eating food at a table, not restocking ingredients, mumbling to themselves and getting mad you can't understand them, making your sandwich wrong and having attitude with you about it, (the list goes on), its apparent there is no customer service training/supervision at this location whatsoever.
We had not had a sub for a long time, it was better then I remember and soooooo gooood

Worst Subway in the city. If it is after 6 p.m chances are they only have white bread and are out of every other kind. Never fails...If you want anything other then white you are out of luck. One would think the staff there would catch on an actually make more...esp on a weekend.

Worst service ever! The lady at the counter talked way too fast and moved onto 3 orders before completing mine. The lady that rang through my order told me there is a promotion on the wrap I got but since I paid I couldn’t change any of it. So she told me AFTER I paid for my meal. Pathetic really. If you want people to keep coming back, I suggest you change how you do business. Will not be supporting or recommending Subway anymore, especially NOT rochdale’s location!
