Its subway. Not much you can expect for a sandwich shop. I took my nephew here after his hockey games over the weekend as they were the only subway open past 10pm. There was only 1 guy working and he was phenomenal. Fast, polite and friendly even when making multiple skip orders and taking ours.
The sandwich artist was very responsive and made the sub exactly as per our request.
Worst night staff i have ever seen.. worst customer service...i ordered online and my sub was not grill and was told that too much sauces so cant grill. Was not able to dine because staff told he neeeds to clean if you dine in after 12. He just told me that just if he forgets to clean he gets complain in morning so..you cant dine.. was too rude to customers abusing as well. So i was scared and need to go home .

Ordered skip the dishes; that was the only good part.Asked for my sub to be toasted and it wasn’t, the bread was rock hard, the cookies were rock hard, it was gross. My boyfriend ordered the crispy chicken and he said it was disgusting, the chicken was chewy which obviously isn’t good. Will not be back to this location. Do better.

Unbelievably horrible experience today at this location. Asked for a cup to fill with water at the fountain machine after purchasing subs and another fountain drink. Staff Refused to provide it. So my associate grabbed his own glass to fill. Upon leaving, 2 staff started yelling after us about filling our cups with water again. I asked for the franchisee/ owner's business card and staff lied and said there was no card and no owner; refusing to provide it. I proceeded to tell them how bad their customer service was so the staff told us don't bother coming back go to a different place if you don't like it here.DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION!
