Food is fine, just like any regular subway, the one star is because he told me not to bring my bike in next time. Well I'm not going to leave a bike or any bike outside in that terrible neighborhood! So unless they have $2000.00 up front to leave my bike outside I will not be coming back to this location! I'm not about to lose my bike over a cheap $10 sandwich, I'll go somewhere else!
Upon arrival, I wanted to use the washroom first so I could wash my hands before ordering something to eat. The lady was on her phone and looked annoyed that I disturbed her by asking to use the washroom. She gave me the usual "washrooms are for customers only bit" and I told her I am going to be ordering something AFTER I use the washroom.. She rolled her eyes and put her phone down and unlocked the door. When I came out, she was still on her phone so I stood at the counter and waited for someone to get my order. After a few moments, she finally got off her phone and got my order. I stopped coming here because of this same problem, staff with an attitude, and won't return here again until I forget about how bad their customer service is, which will be another 5 years but hopefully more.
Its a general observation that been noticed. For food safety usually when you visit a buffet, you will come across a barrier called sneeze guard ..concept to avoid saliva contamination to the food served publicly.Wondering if authorities can bring it to practice for the servers by making them wearing a mask ..a simple solution since the servers are asking for your choice of bread..cheese..meat..veggies ...sauce ..condiment right over your food or over the all meats and salad kept by the counter top bar ..I think the saliva will follow gravity law rather flying away .This particular location I found couple things to remind for changing gloves serving every customer . Plus add a fly trap for more hygiene.Also while visiting in mall I have noticed the cleaners who takes used trays ..they wipe and returns it back to the vendors ..it does not get sanitized ..the 3 sink method. I don't think the spray bottle will be that effective as soaking it to solvent and have them air dry rather using same wipe again .Please share to reach this out to authorities if you find it relevant to implement so .Once all food vendors will wear a mask I will have my answer.Thank you for your patience reading this long statement.
I wish the staff still wear mask, they talk and talk and talk while making my sandwich.

Stop being rude and attend customers politely and with smile . N don’t add tip in bill without asking customers . Shame on you . Guys check bill before leaving this place
Came here for lunch and ended up with the employee Mirav, I apologize if I spelled that wrong! Amazing employee and made the best looking and tasting sandwich I've had at a subway.
Very rude person was working Friday 3 rd sep. Said me can’t put your reqires veggies. Made my dinner crave worst. Don’t go there
Good food, Good service, Good times, Great place.I worked at this location in the 90's.This is my car parked out front back then.I moved away almost two decades ago nowI still go back to this location for a good'ol SUB when I'm back to visit.
