I am always taking chocolate cold brew from this store. It was really nice but last experience was worst. Like they give me close lid with straw and like seriously how can I drink it !!!When I asked for another lid the guy working there totally ignored it. Worst customer service I think
Great location and great service equals a great place and a great time.
Went on my birthday for my free drink. After I ordered I was made aware that this location is not a Starbucks, but a Licensed Starbucks?? They can't redeem your star points, or your free drinks. I was approached by 2 guys walking in for money, and when I entered I stood at the counter for 20 seconds before someone came out of the back. Not impressed, and I will never go to this location again. Absolutely Brutal!!Drinks were ok. But the overall experience was not what I was expecting.
Over priced is 1 out of 2 reasons why I don't go to Starbucks. The 2nd reason is due to the panhandlers outside of this coffee shop.
Have the same coffe special to any Starbuck no one have the same recipe
Love everything here! Always perfect coffee, food, and attitude, the staff are wonderful with remembering their regulars’ orders. Donnie and Simran are notable as two of the best staff members. I now go out of my way to see them here! 10/10 highly recommend
