I took my Italian grandfather here for dinner last night, and immediately upon entering we were greeted warmly by the owner. He really appreciated the fine-tuned menu with options he recognized from his childhood. The bruschetta was the best we’ve had, and we could taste the time and love that went into making the pastasciutta. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation with the owner, and are both looking forward to returning as regular customers. A local jewel of a restaurant - we can’t recommend it enough.
One of the best meals I have ever had. You could tell the food was made with love and this family really cares about you and your experience. It’s amazing to see this place being run by only 3 people. They must work so hard and they should be beyond proud of what they do.When it was time to go, Sylvia even included extra noodles so my leftover sauce didn’t go to waste so I could take it home. Such a kind, and caring woman. Made my year, highly recommend.
The food was incredible, well balanced flavour, and everything had a very refreshing taste. The ambience of the restaurant and the service made me enjoy the food so much more.I’ve been travelling all over the place for a week, and the food I have been eating pales in comparison to Silvia’s because they all lacked soul. Our dinner was incredible! Each of our kids, even the picky eater, cleared their plates! Service is supreme. Sylvia makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend making plans to stop by for a delicious meal!
