We were a little disappointed in our recent trip. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. The barista had to ask multiple times for us to repeat our order, despite only ordering 2 drinks with no modifications. Our 16oz drink was served in a small cup too. We added on a kombucha, paid for it, and again the barista had to ask twice which flavour I wanted… but then never took it out of the display case to give to us. So we just ended up forgetting to ask for it before leaving as we were in a rush and had already waited awhile for our drinks.Otherwise coffee was good quality.
I always go into this place for an ice cap before my work shifts and let me just say there is nothing better than this place

Hailey the barista, creates lattes and macchiatos to perfection, at this easily accessible coffee house located in Regina’s north end. The baking is homemade and the Tuesday coconut buns are like a bite out of Hawaii. Stop in and support local!
Nice products, but at peak times the wait is too high, need to hire more staff or adapt the menu to reasonable waiting times.

Terrible customer service. Used to be an awesome friendly coffee shop, don’t know what happened. Tried going back 3 times now, each time the customer service has been worse then the last. Won’t bother going again.

Everything is wrapped in plastic!!!!!There are plenty of excuses but no defendable reasons for so much plastic wrap. If they are using it, I'd worry that the food isn't as fresh as it could be. Give this place a miss and head south a few blocks.
