My wife, then family (after we had children) have always loved Red Lobster. We went last night to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Was looking forward to the famous Red Lobster Pina Colada and a Bahama Mama. Were told they didn't have the simple ingredients for those drinks? - disappointed we ordered some appetizers and when server came back we wanted to order our usual favorites; Ultimate Feast but lo and behold they had no crab. We already had drinks and some appetizers so decided to stay but unfortunately had to settle on other items. Really noticed the quality is not up to usual par (one appetizer came out pretty late, server said kitchen remade as it wasn't up to quality). Overall it wasn't near the Red Lobster standard we had been accustomed to and it dampened our 20th anniversary celebration!

We've always loved this place whenever the insatiable craving for seafood strikes. Just today we came in for their Endless Shrimp Monday. What made the experience special this time is Jozo, our amazing server. He's present, attentive, timely, and just full of energy! Highly recommended and worth the drive from Moose Jaw.
Good meal, service from server could have been better. After being served our lunch, nobody bothered to check if all was OK. Servers should always check back to see if anything else is needed or any problems with the meals. Other than that, all was good.
Worst service everI would have given no start, but i have to give a star to be able to reviewThis place is a disaster.We called and wanted to book a reservation, the lady said no, that we can't book, we got here and they said we had to wait 1hr or more. While we were waiting groups of 5 and 6 were coming in and were being seated.We had to go up and complain again and they finally seated us . By the time we were seated, the restaurant was 60% empty.It took another 45 minutes to get food.This is my first time of coming to the red lobster. It will definitely be my last.I will not encourage anyone I know to go here.
Great, Fast Service. Loved our server, Jasmine, she was on it and great to deal with. Will definitely be going back more often.
We only go maybe twice a year but it always seems to be a terrific experience. Always show up around 7pm when it's starting to slow down. Service is great and they are so supportive of all the biscuits I want to eat, thank you!And they have some deal right now where certain dishes get a soup or salad AND mini appetizer for $4 extra. Be silly not to right? Tartar sauce was so plentiful it was disgusting in the end. Overindulgence will do that to a person.I'll definitely be back for more.
Great friendly service. Biscuits were amazing. Food was not bad. The service was what made it special though. I wouldn’t rush to go back but would also be happy to eat it again
We went for lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had a trainee waitress who did a good job. Our meals were as expected and we appreciated the birthday dessert. We are not big eaters so a senior menu with lighter portions would have been appreciated.
Did my first online order and pu. Was so easy. Brought food home and enjoyed every bite...of course. All the food was delicious and packed up perfect. Thanks to the friendly front end staff, bartender and kitchen staff. Job well done.And this was for my birthday supper so equally great.
