As per spicy lover, this is the best Phở Sate Beef Soup which I have ever tried before.There is 1-5 spicy level. I tried level 3 and I forgot to take a photo before mixing it up ?
Good PHO- YESAtmosphere- somewhat ok for a small Vietnamese restaurant.Waiting time- could be better with more staff, but still acceptable.Menu- eh, general Vietnamese menu, i got PHO and banhmy, nothing to complain.Feeling satisfied after meal- may depend on what you have, PHO is pretty ok.May come back- YesShould you come more than 1 per week- may be no- pretty fancy price for my sake.Overall- yes, the feeling of have a good PHO after a while could bring your soul back up, just be patient with the staff
Can here with a coworker based on his recommendation and it did not disappoint! I have the D4 which was the vermicelli bowl with lemon grass chicken. It came with 2 spring rolls which we great. Cut into 3 pieces (I personally prefer cut into 4). My friend has some pho. Will definitely be coming back here again and would recommend to others looking for a good Vietnamese place. A bit more on the expensive side but still cheaper then other restaurants you might go for dinner.
I wish I have choice for more than 5 star.I love noodle soup and travel from Winnipeg to Vancouver Island to be honest this is the best one so far. The soup testes so delicious and clearly made from fresh bone broth and not like others feel thirsty after due to additives and MSG etc.Two thumbs up keep up the great work.
Best Pho soup in Regina for a fair price too. The chicken wings and fresh rolls are really good, staff is always friendly and helpful. I go there at least once a week. Highly recommended!
If only I could give this place more than 5 stars!!! Quan Ngon is absolutely amazing in every way!! Their pho is next level delicious and so totally addicting! The family who runs the restaurant is super friendly! You're always eating within 10 minutes and the value is insane! $16 for a combo and you will leave FULL! There are weeks where I come twice because once a week is not enough!
Just had the Lemongrass Pork Sub, the small size is filling and the seasoning is superb. Getting the sub with two spring rolls for around $10 is awesome. Also had the Deep Fried Beef, which wasn't as spicy as expected but delicious nonetheless. The sauce with them is great and the cucumber slices are a great compliment. Super quick and super friendly service. The hours are really convenient and appreciated.

I can't sing enough praises about the pho here. I haven't found anything comparable in bigger cities. The pho sate (item B5) is simply amazing!! Crank it up to level 5 spicy and you'll become immune to Regina winters. Portions are generous and the meat quality is top notch.
Wow!!!If you’re in the mood for some seriously nourishing spicy Pho, look no further. Wether it’s take out or just stopping in for lunch(extremely fast, perfect for a quick lunch) this place has you covered. Order your level of spice on 5 point scale. I personally like 2/5 for spice and to me it almost makes my lips melt, in a good way!!Extremely fast and amazing quality. The service is great. Just do yourself a favour and eat here!!!
