I drove 10 minutes to pick up a delivery order , mentioned I had to use the restroom before taking the delivery A 17 MINUTE DRIVE TO DELIVER and dude behind counter says washrooms not for public. So perhaps he is too stupid to understand that a delivery driver is not simply a member of the public walking in off the street. I am sure they would let the person who ordered the food use the washrrom
Ordered Korean BimBibap over the phone and I was told 1 hour ago. I decided to go the place after 15 mins to order Takoyaki and surprisingly the Korean BimBibap was already made.Opened the food at home and the food looks old and the vegetables looks soggy and looks bad. I decided to the rest because I am starving . If you can go somewhere else, do not order from here. The quality of food got worse and the server seems annoyed as if our fault we are ordering.
The server was so rude. No Patience. I tried to order food on the phone, but his attitude was so rude. and he asked me to check the menu before we call. But the problem was we couldn't find a proper menu online. We had to drive there and order. However, when we were asking the details of the food. He told us we have to wait 20 min to answer my questions. He had to complete the last order. They only had one guy who was the server and the "cook". The menu photo on the google is not accurate for the Jumbo Roll. They have many types of Jumbo Roll. They should specify the name of the Jumbo Roll.
The stars are for the food and the food alone. The server was rude, and for the price, the food was served in takeaway boxes, which was highly disappointing. I would have understood if he had informed us ahead of time that that would be the case and that he was alone, but no. There are other Japanese restaurants in Regina within the same price range, and the food is as good, if not better, with the bonus that you will be treated nicely.
Today we had a really bad experience with this place. Worst customer service i have ever encountered. Around 3:45pm we called the place to try and order food. The store hours clearly says 11:30am till 7pm. After 3 tries calling the number someone picked up and says theyre on lunch break and will be back at 4:30pm. I was like okay sure, even though nothing says on their website or store hours about the lunch break. We called again around 4:30pm and nobody is picking up the phone, so we just went and go to the store instead, when we arrived there the OPEN sign is clearly on! So i went ahead inside, and as soon as i got in, this rude guy that is working there, basically doesnt know anything about customer service, tells me were not talking orders anymore, were really busy in a very very rude tone!! I was so shocked and i was left speechless and just left the place. So yes 4:30pm!!!! theyre already overwhelmed by orders. i understand that you guys get busy but DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! You coulve told me on my first call that you guys wont be able to handle it. IF YOU GUYS CANT HANDLE THE VOLUME OF ORDERS, HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR DONT BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND BUNCH OF LIERS!! NOW I DONT WONDER WHY THIS PLACE GOT SO MUCH BAD REVIEWS!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR JUST CLOSE DOWN THE DAMN PLACE!
They have bad customer service. The guy who took our order is really rude and also really impatient. He doesn’t seem like he wants to be at his job. He wasn’t smiling and wasn’t talking to us in a polite manner. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m not planning to come back anytime soon because of this bad experience.
I order pizza once I didn’t like the pizza cuz even after giving special instructions about going east on cheese . It was too much and thick cheese.
Taste is good, and the roll is fresh. It's worth visiting often.
Poor customer service, the guy was really rude and don’t know how to get customer satisfaction. They need to know how to give proper customer service, otherwise they will loose their business.
I’ve never once written a review before for a restaurant. I got the beef ramen and very disappointed I took one bite of the noodles and that was it for me ?♀️ All you will get is instant noodles you could just buy at the grocery store for $1.00! Not authentic ramen at all. Go to wann izakaya Japanese gastropub or dojo for delicious ramen worth your money!
